Designed especially for seasonal rental, this house built in 2018 has all the assets to spend a pleasant stay on the island of Ré.

Located on a plot of 563 m2 this house with heated pool is equipped and equipped for 8 people.

It consists of a kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom, a bathroom, a patio and 2 toilets.

You will be charmed by this house with the neat decoration, thanks to the outdoor areas that will allow you to eat on the terrace and relax in peace.

Concerned about the comfort of their tenants, the owners did their utmost to make sure you did not miss anything.

You will have at your disposal a heated and secured swimming pool maintained by a professional, a private petanque ground, several places of parking and an Internet access.

The pool is heated from April to the end of September.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus und konnten den beheizten Pool jeden Tag nutzen. Die Lage des Hauses ist Ideal. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (mit dem Fahrrad ist es besser ;) ). Das Auto kann man gut auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Fahrräder konnten im Trockenen untergestellt werden. Das Haus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Argentur war unkompliziert und nett. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Allerdings waren einige Möbel im Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer recht stark abgenutzt. Einige Stühle müssten neu geleimt oder verschraubt werden. Der Poolboden war leider mit Sand bedeckt und hätte gesaugt werden müssen. Das Wasser war allerdings sauber. Für die nächste Saison sollte einiges auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Der Preis war dennoch angemessen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Très bon séjour.

Une maison très agréable pour passer des vacances en famille. C’est spacieux, on ne se marche pas dessus. La piscine et le jardin sont agréables et de bonne taille. L’environnement est très calme et propice à un bon repos. Toutes les commodités sont à portée de pédale.

We have returned from a fabulous week in Ile de Ré. The house is spacious, fresh and modern. In a quiet location, but easy access to a supermarket and center of St Marie. We hired bikes and explored the island. Would recommend this accommodation all 5 of us had a wonderful time relaxing and using the pool!

Laid back break

The location on the island is great, walkable to beaches and two squares for shops etc. Ste Marie seems quieter and less touristy than other towns but the restaurants were good and people very friendly. The house was lovely - pool is fab and garden / living space really spacious. 3rd bedroom (bunk room) was much better than expected and there was a good collection of kids toys and books. The rest of the house is clean and pleasant; kitchen is well equipped but being an agency property it is pretty stripped back otherwise so be prepared to bring everything (even salt / pepper etc). Fabian from the agency met us, even though we arrived much later than planned due to traffic on the bridge. He was very nice and efficient.
