About this property

3 * cottage in a farmhouse on the Alabaster Coast

An integral part of our longhouse in the heart of a walled garden, the Gîte de la Chapelle welcomes you throughout the year. In the hamlet of Janville, at the end of the path leading to the Chapel Notre Dame (XIII-XVI century) and near the castle of Janville (XVII-XVIII century), you will be ideally located 2 km from the beach Veulettes-sur -Mer, 3 km from Normandy-Côte d'Albâtre golf, 8 km from Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, 15 km from Veule-les-Roses and halfway between Dieppe and Fécamp.
Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, WiFi, TV ...), the cottage has a double room on the ground floor and a large bedroom upstairs (1 double bed + 2 single beds). Shower room and separate WC are on the ground floor. The necessary baby will be made available to you in case of need (cot and mattress, high chair and stroller).
You will enjoy the large garden, an outdoor lounge and barbecue.
Private parking is at your disposal and if necessary we will make you a place in our garage, for two wheels in particular.
Adept readers, our library will be open. For more sporting activities, Lake Caniel, Veulettes-sur-Mer sailing school, hiking trails (GR 21, GR 211 and many other circuits), the cycle routes of flax and coastline and golf of course are in the immediate vicinity.
And if you feel like it, you can even come by plane and ask on the aerodrome of the Flying Club Cauchois, we will be happy to go and get you there.
The tranquility of the countryside just a step from the sea, come to discover the exceptional inheritance of the plateau of Caux.

Keine Bettwäsche

Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen sind. So mussten wir uns nach unserer Ankunft abends noch im Supermarkt im nächstgelegenen Ort Bettwäsche kaufen, da der Vermieter nicht bereit war, uns welche auszuleihen :-( Es wäre also gut, wenn der Vermieter Bettwäsche stellen würde, weil unsere deutschen Maße auch gar nicht gepasst hätten.

Die Vermieter waren immer da, wenn wir sie brauchten, aber nie aufdringlich.

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Gross, sauber, hell, im grünen mit grossem Garten incl. Gartenmöbel. Die Lage für Ausflüge war exelent 2km zum Strand. Mitten zwischen der kreideküste und ihren besichtigungen.

Logement conforme à l'annonce

Lieu de villégiature tranquille et donc reposant, bien pour une famille avec enfants. Petit bémol, l'escalier très étroit en colimaçon qui monte aux couchages du haut. Longère très bien équipée, très propre. La cohabitation avec les propriétaires ne pose pas de problème. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Ne pas hésiter à questionner les propriétaires pour les bonnes adresses du coin. La plage de galets de Veulettes sur mer est plus familiale que celles de Saint Valery et de Fécamp. Un bon séjour.

Une petite été en Normandie, gentillesse, le calme, la nature, la gentillesse du patron et sa femme.

On était très content du séjour chez Mr. et Mme Martin. On savait qu'il n'y avais pas trop de luxe, mais une fois sur place, on était très content avec la propreté de tout, la belle maison dans un magnifique jardin, le patron qui était (comme sa femme d'ailleurs) très sympa, d'une cette façon qu'on se sentait vraiment en France. Aussi la maison était agréable et sans doute on voudrait bien revenir une fois. Magnifique, beaux et très très chaleureux!!!!

Excellent séjour à Paluel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Paluel chez Mr et Mme Martin. Tout était conforme à la description, le gîte est très propre et parfaitement bien équipé. Mr et Mme Martin sont très sympathiques et très discrets. L'emplacement est parfait pour rayonner et découvrir la Haute Nordmandie !

Un séjour extraordinair

Wir haben die Unterkunft bei Olivier ausgewählt, weil wir dringend Ruhe und Erholung brauchten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt: Herzlicher Empfang mit einer Flasche Cidre, Wasser und spezieller Konfitüre. Das normannische Haus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler auf einem großen idyllischen Grundstück und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Olivier ist ein zurückhaltender aber immer aufmerksamer und sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, merci Olivier!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
