The property also features a 250 m² enclosed garden and a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, a picnic table and two sun loungers. You can park your car inside the property.
The residence is located just a few meters from the cycling paths, allowing you to reach the shops and Hourtin market in 5 minutes and Hourtin Port in 10 minutes.
The perfect place to disconnect and create unforgettable memories.
