THE FARM
As you enter the home you are greeted by its family room which flows effortlessly to the beautiful industrial kitchen and dining room from where you get amazing views of the garden! The master suite is relaxing and spacious with direct access to the garden and a beautiful barn door that opens to a newly remodeled Zen bathroom! One additional good-sized bathroom with tub and over sized shower head. Two additional bedrooms where the Zen relaxing feeling can’t be overlooked! A workstation overlooking the front gardens!
7 gardens to enjoy! You won’t believe your eyes! Be ready to be transported to a true oasis! Hundreds of fruit trees as well as herbs and vegetables! Nestled in the sunken garden pond there is a beautiful 6-seater All Temperature Atera Spa. Temperature range from 62 to 104 degrees! Waiting to warm you in the winter up or cool you down during hot summer days! Multiple jets and lighting makes this tub a true experience! Like a natural hot spring, Atera Spas® have been designed to use an All-Natural enzyme purifier. It's hypoallergenic and is NOT harmful to your body and garden!

This home was perfect for our family of four. Very spacious, tidy, all the necessities to make you feel at home. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. Very quiet neighbourhood, charming back yard, you would never know you were in the middle of Tempe. Great location well approximated to grocery stores and major roadways. It was a wonderful week!!!

The whole experience was very poor. The host was very rude and unhelpful. We were locked out of the property one night and had to spend the night in a hotel because we could not get in contact with her. There are code locks on all of the doors of the house. We had locked the doors on our way out on the second day as you would do. No where on her instructions did it say not to lock the doors when we were leaving. When we got back to the house at approximately 11:00 PM that night we could not get the code on the lock to work. Also the out door lights were not working so it was had to see anything, Tried calling the host with no luck. Called VRBO but got cut off. Had to find a place to sleep that night as the next day was my granddaughters wedding. Got in touch with the host the next morning. She was rude and unhelpful. She blamed us for locking the doors and said there was a sign next to the garage door in the kitchen. We finally got in with the help of a locksmith that she called. She also sent out her maintenance people. Long story short the locks on the other 3 doors were broken. The sign she talked about was a little strip along the door from the kitchen to the garage that read do not lock doors when you check out. I checked the book about the house and found nothing in it about locking the doors. Also, there is a step off as you enter the house from the front door that is well marked if there is light but be careful if you enter in the dark as it can be very dangerous.

Clean, comfortable, attention to details. We lacked for nothing. Well- maybe a puzzle would have been the icing on the cake. But can't recommend this enough.

Just what we needed

We were forced out of our house by a plumbing problem, and lucked into renting the Urban Farm due to a last minute cancellation. It was only 0.5 mile from our house, enabling us to oversee the repairs while living in comfort. The yard is amazing. Watch the step down inside the front door--if you don't see it, you could stumble or fall.

inside clean, outside not so much, I didn't realize that the floors were concrete. Very hard on our feet. the master bath was great. the other bathroom not so much we couldn't get hot water in the tub, and it was very slow draining. kitchen was stocked well and was clean.

Oasis in the desert

This house was exactly as advertised and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. Carla was very proactive in contacting me and very responsive with my questions. The house is comfortable with a delightfully designed and landscaped outdoor area. The house is easy to find, close to highways, restaurants and there’s even a Starbucks right around the corner. I would gladly stay here again!

Neat house with a lovely outside.

Nice clean house. Neat outside with many plants. The hot tub wouldn't heat. Contacted owner and she replied immediately. Had a spa technician fix hot tub 3rd day of renting and gave us a partial refund. A good experience!
