Place private parking. Electric heating. Washing machine. Common room for bicycles. 3-star tourist accommodation for 3 people.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, annual energy consumption of 30€ per week from October to May, animal supplement (1 small dog less than 7kg allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Good condition (maintenance and painting).

Emplacement très bien situé, c’est le point fort grâce à sa belle vue mer. En revanche l’état de propreté des équipements sont très décevant, le ménage à l’arrivée était également très insuffisant

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Appartement, gut ausgestattet, fantastischer Blick über Meer. Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Straße hinter dem Haus war mir zu sehr befahren, so dass ich nachts nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte.

Location sans surprise

Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce . Très propre , lumineux , bien équipé , spacieux et très calme avec une place de parking réservée . Vue sur mer et proche du port de plaisance . Autrement dit , tous les ingrédients pour passer un bon séjour sur la magnifique côte de granit rose . Nous gardons précieusement les référenes de cet endroit.
