Place private parking. Electric heating. Washing machine. Common room for bicycles. 3-star tourist accommodation for 3 people.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, annual energy consumption of 30€ per week from October to May, animal supplement (1 small dog less than 7kg allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Good condition (maintenance and painting).
