1 renovated kitchen area equipped with induction hob 3 burners, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave -
1 renovated bathroom with shower and sink -
Separate WC -
Parking space. SEA VIEW OF ALL PIECES. Terraced house. Heating package of 70 €/week from October to May. Terrace furniture. Gas heating. Washing machine. Dryer. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
