Charming bright villa of 175 m2 on 500 m2 of land with swimming pool, located in a quiet area, close to all amenities, 300 meters from the city center, 15 minutes from the beaches and Montpellier and 10 minutes from the airport.

Bullring at 300 meters with bullfighting shows in season.
