Casa Del Sol is the perfect place for an unforgettable getaway! Short walking distance to all of the village amenities and just steps to the La Quinta Village Park with beautiful walkways, ponds, waterfalls and beautiful landscaping! Enjoy the open, light and spacious feeling of the home where throughout you’ll find 8 foot doors and 10 foot ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen is open to the great room with a lovely view of the back flagstone patio, the pool and the entertainment area and fireplace. The master suite is a spacious bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and views of the lovely patio. The master bath has a beautiful walk in shower with glass block and custom designed tile. There is a 55 inch smart tv in the master as well. The second bedroom is well appointed with a walk in closet and queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has full size bed and desk. Please note the pool is not heated. Casa Del Sol accommodates up to 6 adults. Must be minimum age of 25 to reserve. Please note the pool is not heated, pets considered.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is in a perfect location very close to all the shops and restaurants in the Village of La Quinta. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with bonus points for having french doors leading out to both the front and back patios to enjoy the great weather. The house was spotlessly clean, communication with Colleen was easy, and check in/out was seamless. Would definitely stay again, in fact I've already booked the house again for next year.

This home could not be more perfect! Well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is fantastic, walking distance to Old Town. The pool is the perfect size and temperature, and the property is very private and tranquil. You really do feel like you’re in a desert oasis all your own. Coming back to this property for the second time and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Big enough that everyone can disperse to their own space but small enough that it’s cozy. Love the amenities everything you need is already there and the house is immaculate. Great communication from the owner not a lot of legwork has to be done when you leave. Why they chose this property

We love this home for so many reasons! The open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings allows for plenty of light and feels so spacious! The french doors allow easy access to the pool and lovely back yard space as well. The stucco walls that surround the property gives you plenty of privacy and is very quiet with beautiful mountain views! And just steps to the beautiful La Quinta park for lovely strolls among beautifully landscaped trails with views of ponds and waterfalls. And we love being walking distance to the village where world class dining and shopping is in abundance! And during season there is Art on Main which Colleen participates as an artist and a lovely farmers market on Sundays! We know you will love Casa Del Sol as much as we do!
