Overview of area (Porto Rafael - Palau):
Just three kilometers from Palau city center, in a panoramic position in front of the La Maddalena Archipelago Marine Park, stands the private residential tourist resort of Porto Rafael. Discovered, conceived and founded around 1960 by the noble Spaniard of Count Berlanga Don Rafael Neville, the area, which has always been the destination of national and international tourism, is made up of exclusive villas and some small apartment houses that, the visitor's eye, are well hidden and camouflaged in the rich and thick Mediterranean scrub of junipers, olive trees and beautiful blooming bougainvillea. Its secluded, sandstone granite coves ensure adequate privacy and privacy. In the center of the district is a small square surrounded by an almost circular porch and facing a beach; the home of its founder, ironically by the same baptized "Town Hall-Hotel"; a small church dedicated to Santa Rita and various commercial activities. It also has a small pleasure boat called the "Yacht Club".

Loved it

This was a great little place - it sleeps 5 but the downstairs is more like a basement than a room although functional and beautifully renovated. We did not use it. We enjoyed the upstairs and the view it offered. The only real negative is when we arrived (at night and hence in the dark) it was really hard to find but luckily the guard guided us to the apartment.

Tolle Location

Wir waren dort in den Pfingstferien. Es war sehr schön. Der Vermieter hat sich immer sehr schnell um Fragen usw. gekümmert. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Lage ist toll. Der Blick fantastisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren.

Des maisonnettes construites en hauteur qui permettent une vu fantastique! avec salon et terrasse une chambre, petite cuisine, petite douche. au RC chambre 3 lits complètement indépendante avec douche qui donne sur l'extérieur. Les propriétaires très présent si besoin, réponse rapide.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette maisonnette pour sa vue avant tout , Mais aussi la décoration de l'appartement. Rien ne manque au niveau de la vaisselle . La chambre très agréable avec une très bonne literie et beaucoup de rangement.Petite cuisine et petite douche; Par contre pour des personnes âgées(comme nous: 74ans) Il faut gravir bon nombre de marches pour accéder à la villa: pas facile de nuit et avec de lourdes valises. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très agréable séjour dans cette très belle région. A recommander donc

Ottima sistemazione e vista bellissima.

Sono anni che torniamo in questa casa e siamo piuttosto esigenti. Significa che va davvero bene. Ogni anno il proprietario introduce dei miglioramenti. Buona la dotazione della casa, pulizia accurata. Comoda rispetto a tante spiagge diverse anche al riparo dal vento. Nei mesi in cui c'è meno gente la sistemazione è davvero splendida come, del resto, accade in tutta la Sardegna.

Indimenticabile!

Bellissima villetta in posizione strategica al riparo dal maestrale con splendida vista su Palau e La Maddalena. A 10 minuti dal centro windsurf di Porto Pollo, molto indicato per aperitivi e serate all'insegna del divertimento. Il complesso residenziale è grazioso, a 5 minuti dallo yacht club e dalla piazzetta di Porto Rafael. Consiglio di procurarsi un mezzo privato per poter visitare tutte le meravigliose spiagge della costa Smeralda e dell'arcipelago. Noi ad esempio abbiamo affittato un motorino a Palau per poi prendere il traghetto per La Maddalena e girare le isole.

quando un posto ti incanta e ti fa sentire bene nello spirito e nel corpo ..non si chiama forse PARADISO? La casa accogliente e curata nei minimi particolari è un gioiellino unico e con una vista panoramica incantevole, a due passi dalla Marina di Porto Rafael e dal Villaggio con tutti i servizi Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni intensi e piacevolissimi perché grazie alla posizione strategica abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo tantissime baie e isole dell'Arcipelago de La Maddalena. Quando il mare non lo ha permesso abbiamo raggiunto via terra le spiagge nei dintorni e per i più pigri del gruppo una tranquilla colazione al bar della Piazzetta in riva al mare. E dopo una giornata ricca di emozioni vi consiglio un aperitivo nella terrazza di casa perché il tramonto è mozzafiato I proprietari ci hanno accolto calorosamente. Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente Antonella

Splendida Maisonette Porto Rafael

Fantastica posizione con splendido panorama dal quale si può ammirare l'arcipelago della Maddalena. La casa è accogliente, molto curata e dotata di ogni confort. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole ed al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Un'esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio vivamente.
