Amazing skiing, biking, hiking, fishing and four wheel driving opportunities lie within the Gulch. It's 2 miles from the quaint mountain town of Alma. This home provides you with thoughtful additions like heated floors and a classic gas stove and was recently updated with new paint, carpet and furnishings! Must See!
Please note: This is a high alpine environment and 4WD might be needed during certain snow events. 4WD is not needed for terrain (rocks or steep slopes) just weather.

Ski Week

House was clean, with nice linens, towels, etc and solid kitchen. Beautiful open living room was great for family time. Location is off the beaten track for the usual Breckenridge ski crowd. Amazing views of the 14k peaks from almost all rooms.

Amazing Vacation

Thank you for sharing you beautiful home with us! Our family had a great experience and memorable vacation. The house was extremely comfortable including the beds and furnishings. The abundant windows gave us incredible views of the mountains and nature from inside. We loved that we could walk and fish at the creek on the property. Stargazing at night was incredible! The house in minutes away from Alma and Fariplay and about 30-40 minutes from Breckenridge. We had no problems accessing the house with a non-4-wheel drive car.

Perfect central Colorado stay with fishable creek

We loved this home for our family of four! We saw the moose family every day and enjoyed fishing for trout along the mosquito creek! The town of FairPlay was lovely and the home was also only about 30 minutes from Breck! It was a great spot for us!

Get away from the city lights and enjoy a beautiful view of the Milky Way galaxy from our backyard. You might spy a moose, bear, coyote, fox or elk. Perhaps you'll catch a trout in the stream. And take an easy drive up the road (CR 12) to get to tree line with amazing hikes, flowers and mines for exploring in the summer. Throw on the snow shoes or x-country skis for winter activity close to the house!
