This one bedroom villa has fabulous views of the lagoon in the Lighthouse Tennis complex.

One mile from private beach. Relax on the outdoor deck amid nature's beauty.

High ceilings in the well appointed living/dining area invite plenty of sunlight. This beautifully updated second floor villa is located steps from the pool and private tennis courts.

The living room features comfortable seating and private balcony. A fully equipped kitchen offers all appliances including a stacked washer/dryer. An adjoining dining area offers comfortable seating overlooking the lagoon.

The oversize bedroom provides a King size bed, flat screen TV and plenty of closet space for your stay. Also in the master bedroom is a queen size pull out sofa.

With both tennis courts and swimming pool on site, this villa is walking distance or short bike ride from Harbor Town and its incredible amenities.

The Sea Pines Beach club and Lawton stables are a short bike or trolley ride away. The Lighthouse Villas tennis courts are walking distance (5 minutes) and the Sea Pines center with its shops, restaurants, trolley (in season) stop and bike rentals is also minutes away by bike or walk.

In addition to your accommodations, you will also enjoy access to the world class amenities of the Sea Pines Resort, access to the Sea Pines Beach Club and adjoining private beach.

Pet fee of $100 per pet/per stay is applicable to both service and non-service animals. Limit is one pet per stay. This is a Sea Pines policy. No exceptions. Your understanding is appreciated. Sorry, no cats.

Property was close to marina and golf course. Owner very easy to communicate with during the stay.

Nice Place and good communication

We had to cut our 2 wk stay short due to a family emergency but overall had a good stay. Chris was very responsive we had some user error with the combo lock resulting in only a brief delay in checking in. Here is a summary of the condo. Bedroom: Very nice large bdrm with pullout couch and chair with a comfortable king size bed. Nice walk-in closet that included the washer and dryer. Bathroom: nice shower that had a nice high window that let in sunshine but with privacy Living Room: It had a sectional but that was the only seating. It seemed as though the legs were taken off as it was low to the ground. Made it difficult to sit comfortably. Used the chair from the bedroom and the outside table chairs to sit. The TV was nice and it had a coffee table. Dining: We ended up eating mostly on the small deck porch as the seating in the dining area was backless unpadded stools around the table. Kitchen: Kitchen had nice counter tops and a newer electric range. Had an eclectic mix of pots, pans and other kitchen supplies. It did have a coffee maker that had a pot and a 1 cup option using grounds not Kureig pods. Porch/Deck: Nice overlooking pond with table and 2 chairs. Included two bikes that did work but were very rusty. Consider renting. Small light beach chairs which we used. Really enjoyed the beach and while the chairs were easy to take not the comfiest. Enjoyed our stay and Sea Pines. Older adults may consider another property if seating is impt.

Great place and location

The property was clean. Great location. Wonderful communication with Chris. She took care of everything and was always quick to respond, like immediately, when we messaged her.
