Secure gated upscale community. Breath taking views of the lake, mountains and sunsets! We know you are going to enjoy our large beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home, with satellite TV, WIFI high speed internet in your home and air conditioning. Large outdoor covered patios with propane BBQ. Fully equipped generous kitchen. Den with sofa bed and large living dining room. New marble bathroom counters and new granite in kitchen. No steps within home and only a small step at front door.
This unit is like new, very light and bright and well decorated. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both baths with full showers, one with king bed, one with 2 twins with linens to make it into a second king. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as all necessary linens and towels. Plenty of closet space (three walk-ins) and storage space.

It is comfortable, tastefully furnished, and includes; full time gardener, security gated parking, heated swimming pool, your own full size washer and dryer, and all appliances. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, the association pool is just a few yards away. This is an adult environment with only 19 houses. The grounds are very peaceful; go for a swim, read a book in the shade, or enjoy a drink while watching the beautiful sunset every evening.

We are located above the quaint Mexican village of Ajijic at Lake Chapala. with a terrific view of the lake and breathtaking sunsets! There are eighty or so wonderful restaurants within a 10 minute stroll, with many more around the lakeside area. This location is prime. A ten minute walk to the markets, stores, fish shops, town square and Lake Chapala Society botanical gardens, library and video library.

High above Ajijic with great views, privacy and close to everything.
Brian and Marilyn's home is a lovely oasis from noise, stress, interruptions. Everything you would want is here and well stocked in all areas. Their home is on a cul de sac in a very quiet area directly above Ajijic in a gated community that feels very intimate. We were here during the hottest time of May / early June and everything was quite comfortable....plenty of fans, screened patio across the width of the house. Master bath area is large and well appointed with plenty of closet space. Great, helpful, friendly neighbors that makes any stay that much more enjoyable. The Mitchell's home fits right in with the wonderful area that is Lake Chapala.

Marilyn and Brian were amazing host. The home is lovely and extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Great location near town and yet very quiet ! Beautiful views and wonderful flowers and stunning butterflies. Neighbors are so wonderful and willing to help. Highly recommend
