Welcome to Breakers Manor, a 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom estate located on a private road directly next to popular local beach, Big Corona!

This luxurious beachfront house offers views that are guaranteed to take your breath away. Magnificent retractable glass walls open the interior space to an outdoor living area overlooking the Newport Beach coastline. Designed with stunning interior detail, this seaside retreat features hardwood floors and open beam ceiling throughout. This is truly the perfect getaway for any family looking to enjoy the luxurious lifestyle and endless summer of Newport Beach!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This oceanside house includes three bedrooms that sleep seven total. Three full bathrooms and one half-bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries. The master suite includes a California king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed paired with a twin bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features two twin beds, which can be configured into a king-size bed upon guests' request, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

LIVING AREAS
Sprawl out on the comfy sectional sofa in the grand living room for a game night or movie on the 64” flat-screen TV. Three armchairs offer plush seating for reading and relaxing.

KITCHEN & DINING
Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances outfit the gourmet kitchen. Chefs will love the large center island and additional breakfast bar offering plenty of prep space for home-cooked meals and seating for seven. Two separate dining room tables provide ample space for dinner gatherings.

OUTDOOR AREA
Retractable glass windows open up to the impressive outdoor living space complete with comfortable furniture -- perfect for group lounging. Fire up the gas grill and unwind with a cold drink while you watch the gorgeous California sunset.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the carport. Street parking is available for three additional vehicles. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Big Corona Beach is a popular family beach known for its incredible sunsets, and is popular with surfers, divers, and volleyball players. Famed as “The Crown of the Sea,” the quaint neighborhood of Corona del Mar boasts diverse dining choices, including Mediterranean, Italian, Thai, Mexican, and fusion options of all types. Nearby on PCH you'll find shops, grocery stores, local bars, and even a movie theater all in walking distance. Fashion Island is also only 2 miles away, ensuring you'll find a lack of entertainment! On the Beach

Great place to stay in Orange County. Beach, shopes, and restaurants are all a short walk away. The house is very nice and well-equipped for a family getaway.

Breakers Drive is the best

We have rented beach houses many times and this one tops them all. Wonderful home in the perfect location for beach access. It is a state beach so it gets busy on weekends but everyone was very considerate of each other. Very family friendly.

Perfect CDM Beach Stay

We enjoyed staying at Peggy‘s house very much. The house is well-maintained and very clean. You cannot beat the views and the ocean breeze coming in from the retractable doors on the main level. It’s nice that all the bedrooms have an on suite bathrooms. we had four adults and two kids and we’re very happy.

It Was All Superlatives

Perfect location, incredible sunsets, beautiful home, and very comfortable. Our family of 6 spent Thanksgiving at Breakers Manor. It had a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed having the windows sliding back to make the dining room basically part of the deck. The communication was great with the owner.

Beyond Our Expectations

This was our first visit to this part of California and we work looking for a unique experience. Peggie’s beautiful home provided this. The location is fantastic in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood for having such a popular beach right outside the door. We enjoyed the fire pit on the deck, the very comfortable home and most especially late night card games at the unique table overlooking the ocean. Just the rejuvenating weekend we needed. As a bonus we got to meet the owner, who is as lovely as her home. Thank you Peggie, we look forward to coming back!

The Best in CDM!

For our family, the Fourth of July means BBQ, fireworks, and Corona Del Mar! This has been the best house we’ve been at to celebrate this tradition. Steps away from the beach means each day includes easy, stress free beach days. Plus Peggy has all the beach toys and equipment you would ever need! Not feeling the beach? No worries as you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean on the oversized porch with huge infinity sliding doors that bring the great California weather indoors. Thank you Peggy for hosting our family! We loved our time and will most certainly be back! 🦜

Great Vacation

Everything about this house was perfect from the amazing patio to the kitchen that overlooks the water. My boys loved that their were boogie boards for them to use. We also loved that their were plenty of chairs and umbrella's for us to use at the beach. Peggie was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions.

This home is absolutely amazing! The bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen are all very, very comfortable and well appointed. You can walk to the beach in less than 60 seconds. We had the privacy we wanted. The host/owner Peggie was incredible! She was the most responsive host we have ever had. The beach and ocean views from the patio area, living rooms, kitchen and breakfast area were just incredible! All the outside doors/windows retract leaving you with an open access feel and view of the beach and ocean. It connects the home to the ocean is a way we have not experienced before. It was beyond what I can describe in words. It was just awesome! CDM is a very nice city. The beaches are unique with the cliff sides and natural tide pools. I can’t say enough about the house, the location, the city, and the owner. It really was something special for our family to experience together. We will definitely stay here again! Perfect girls weekend

The house is the very best, just as shown in pics! The ocean view is breathtaking. The items in kitchen, glasses dishes etc, had to be washed before using. Vbro did not send check in/ out info….had to reach out to owner…..who isn’t always available. But again we all had a great time, and enjoyed our stay!

Sound of the surf!

The beach house is wonderful. True indoor/outdoor living with an amazing sunset view, the sound of the surf, and ocean breezes. Perfect for our family group of parents, adult children and granchild. The top living level is where the group gathers and enjoys the views. . The ground level has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a laundry room. Excellent communication from Peggie made the trip go smoothly.
