Perfect location

The appartment was spacious, light and airy, well located in center of old town, very quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of central heat, hot water, great water pressure and comfort. Robert, my host, is very responsive. Answered quickly all of my questions, and was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this comfortable residence!

Great location to immerse yourself in Italian culture

This property is ideally located, being in the center of Chiavari. One hour train from Genoa Airport, and 3 hours to Florence. Trains are cheap in Italy, unlike the food. Perfect for a couple looking for a break.

Sehr sympathische Stadt in einer Wohnung zum absolut Wohlfühlen. Direkt in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar, das Auto gut geparkt in einem Parkhaus. Nette Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! War ein toller Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für Urlauber, die gerne in einer lebhaften, aber touristenmäßig nicht überlaufenen Stadt Station machen und von dort aus Ausflüge unternehmen wollen. Gerne wieder!

Laura und ihr Mann waren sehr willkommene Gäste und respektierten die Hausordnung. Die Wohnung wurde entworfen, um Touristen einen fantastischen Urlaub zu ermöglichen, und die Erfahrung von Laura und ihrem Mann macht uns glücklich. Das historische Zentrum von Chiavari bietet viele Restaurants, Bars, Pizzerias und Supermärkte und ist nur zwei Minuten vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Wir empfehlen allen Gästen, Laura und ihren Ehemann zu haben.

Perfect for Historic Chiavari

This is a wonderful, modern apartment in a classical building right in the historic centre of this amazing coastal town. We stayed here for five days with our teenage daughters and couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The hosts, Roberto and Alice, live next door and are very welcoming. Climbing the stairs to the top floor with our luggage was a challenge, but the location made it worth while. I would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Chiavari and hope to be back soon! Thank you Roberto and Alice!

Zeer mooi appartement waar je met gemak met 4 personen kunt verblijven. Ook een van de grote plus punten is de mogelijkheid om de auto in een afgesloten parkeerplaats te stallen. De regio is zeer mooi en vanuit het appartement ben je binnen 10 minuten op het strand. Zeer prettige gastheer en vrouw. Ons verblijf was erg aangenaam.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im historischen Stadtzentrum im 3.OG ohne Aufzug. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurant). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben nur einen Toaster und einen Backofen vermisst. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt den Parkplatz im Parkhaus mitbuchen. Dort steht das Auto sehr sicher. Parkhaus ist sehr großzügig und abgeschlossen in ca. 5 Fußminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Strände und das Meer sind auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern 5 und 7 dort und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Wohnung kann man empfehlen.

Die verbrachte Zeit in der Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt: 10 zum Strand, 5 min zum Bahnhof, kleine cafes und Läden sind in der direkten Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und bereit in jeder Zeit zu helfen. Immer gerne!

Die Colombo Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage, wo Sie laufen können und in wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie alle Dienstleistungen vom Bahnhof zu Bussen von Stränden zu Wanderwegen. Restaurants Bars und Supermärkte sind nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce beau studio neuf très confortable pour 3. Il était agréable de se trouver en plein centre de la vieille ville avec tous les commerces les transports, train et bus, le marché tous les jours, les petits restaurants, etc... Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Petite recommandation, prendre le garage car il est très difficile de se garer en ville et surtout beaucoup plus facile de prendre les transports en commun. Nous reviendrons avec des amis.

rustig gelegen, in autovrij gebied. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Sobere inrichting : ik miste wat benodigdheden in de keuken: op internet stond dat er een broodrooster voorradig was, maar dit was niet het geval. Ook niks van peper, zout, olie, koffie, thee, .... geen stukje zeep. De foto van internet komt niet overseen met de realiteit. ook geen toeristiscvhe info voorhanden in het appartement zoals vb bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, plannetje van het stadje, .... dus vrij basic voor de prijs die ervoor betaald moest worden. k

Ik had deze compleet gekke recensie en ik heb het met Homeliday besproken, maar ik heb het probleem niet opgelost. Zoals duidelijk blijkt uit de opmerkingen van mijn vorige gasten, zegt niemand dat het appartement niet overeenkomt met de foto's, integendeel, ze zeggen precies zoals beschreven op de site. Toekomstige gasten kunnen gemakkelijk verifiëren dat wat Sara schreef niet overeenkomt met de waarheid en het spijt me zeer. De klant moet verwend worden en het is mijn manier van werken.Alice

Sehr schöne saubere Stadtwohnung

Freundliche, unkomplizierte und vorallem hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Man kann mit dem Auto nicht vor das Haus fahren (300m vom Haus entfernt ist ein Parkplatz), jedoch kann man sich einen Parkplatz im etwa 400-500m entfernten Parkhaus dazu mieten(was wir sehr empfehlen, da es sonst mit dem parken schwierig ist). Einfach vorher bei den Vermietern anfragen. War bei uns kein Problem. Die saubere, moderne und gepflegte Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Küche, 2 Bäder ( eins davon mit Dusche), TV, Waschmaschine, WLAN ( funktioniert im OG nicht sehr gut). Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, der Bahnhof, das Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten und können diese auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen! Grazie mille Alice e Lui !!!!! ;-)

Bon séjour diversifié à Chiavari

Appartement propre, moderne, épuré et sécurisé. Propiétaire sympathique et disponible. Appartement situé dans la rue commerçante du centre historique de Chiavari, à proximité des boutiques, bars et restaurants.La plage est très quelconque mais il est possible de trouver des petites criques intimistes pour s'y baigner pas trop loin. Chiavari est idéal pour rayonner tout autour; les Cinque terre, Gênes, Pise et pourquoi pas même Florence....

Eine saubere, zentrale, tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren 2 Pärchen, jeden Tag unterwegs, wir genossen 1 Woche die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken! Es gibt soviel zu wandern und zum Baden in der Umgebung! Ein Traum war der Markt gleich um die Ecke und der Bahnhof. Wir eroberten nur mit dem Zug unsere Ziele. Das Auto blieb in der Garage die wir mit Freude dazu buchten! Das einzige Manko war, dass wir nur einen Schlüssel bekamen!

A lovely apartment renovated with all the right things. The location could not be better.

Very nice apartment in the exact center of town, close to everything, many cafe's and restaurants. Very close to the train station for day trips. Renovated with care and detail. Enjoyed our stay there. Pack light, as there are four flights of stairs.

Très belle location

Appartement très agréable, très propre, spacieux, fonctionnel et au calme. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité immédiate (café, pâtisseries, restaurants, supérettes, boutiques, ..) et à 5' de la gare pour se rendre dans les Cinque Terre, Gênes, ..Roberto est très accueillant et disponible. Il est venu à notre rencontre dans la ville pour nous accompagner au parking couvert (très appréciable de pouvoir stationner le véhicule durant tout le séjour) puis à l'appartement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

L'appartement est très bien situé en centre ville dans une rue commerçante et pourtant incroyablement calme. La gare, l'office de tourisme, la mer et les courses se font à pied facilement. arriverdeci e grazie.
