Great home base located between Acadia National Park and Schoodic Peninsula

Relax and enjoy our two bedroom home with all of the amenities that make it feel like home away from home. Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a full size bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor living space with plenty of seating, grill and fire pit. Washer and dryer for your convenience; Wi-Fi and cable to stay connected to friends and family. Home is located 25 miles from Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor Maine and 20 miles to Schoodic Peninsula - Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor Maine. 8 mile drive to Ellsworth for local downtown shopping, grocery stores and LL Bean outlet. 1 mile drive to scenic Tidal Falls (pictured). Our home is centrally located to enjoy miles of the Downeast Maine coast and all it has to offer.

Maine vacay

We absolutely loved staying here. It was convenient to Acadia National Park. We loved the lightening bugs that lit up the back yard every evening something we don’t see in Florida.

Great home

The house was lovely. It was very clean and exactly as shown on the listing. My family loved the fire pit! We had a nice drive to and from Acadia National Park each day from there. We would stay again and would highly recommend for your next adventures in Maine!

Perfect Acadia Get a-Away With Our Pups

Everything about our stay was perfect. I was traveling with my elderly father and our two dogs. I would be exploring Acadia with my dog and he would spend some time at the house and sometime out with me. Tiffany’s attention to detail, and including everything you will need for your stay is superb, and the cleanliness of her property is absolutely amazing. It was a great space to make a homebase as we explored the area and Acadia. Would definitely recommend this property!

The Perfect Spot

This was our first time visiting Maine and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was very clean, provided a ton of accommodations (dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc), and had all the extra "little things" to make the trip stress-free (kids dishes, outside/inside games, beach chairs, sand toys, Netflix, etc.). The location was the perfect spot to be away from the big crowds, yet close to restraunts and stores.

Beautiful rental! Super clean!

As a military family we have stayed in a lot of rentals while traveling, and this by far has been our favorite. It is super clean, everything looks brand new, the rental has everything you would need, even a drying rack for clothes! They literally thought of everything! The backyard is beautiful. The hosts were wonderful and had great communication. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing Last Minute Adventure

Tiffany’s place is by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. Beyond your normal expectations, she has fully equipped the house with all the little things you could want or need. She is super responsive and ready to accommodate if you have questions. We are already planning a second trip up to Maine and bringing other family to stay in her second property down the way. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Fantastic home tucked away in the woods.

We just returned from a 5 night stay and we could not be happier! We arrived about an hour early and the home was ready for our stay. Everything was wonderful, from the location to the rooms to the peace and quiet we were looking for. Tiffany was most helpful in helping me pull together a few activities to keep us busy during the day, and helped us navigate the wonderful places to eat. All In all it was simply perfect. Our daughter was delighted to have her "own room" and slept like a champ every night. Having stayed in a few different locations in and around Bar Harbor, this was far and away the best experience we have had. Thank you for the hospitality and we wish you continued success with your property!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this property. Great location between Mount Desert and Schoodic, good local restaurants and nearby shopping in Ellsworth. The property was very clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the fire pit.

Great location for Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Tidal Falls is literally down the street. My daughter had a blast catching critters and seeing star fish at low tide. The house was immaculate and comfortable. Very private location. Great communication with the owners. Also Walmart, grocery stores and many restaurants within a short distance.

Such a nice spot!

It was a great place to stay to get to visit the Schoodic Peninsula one day and then Acadia and Bar Harbor the next! Beautiful little house! We got to have our dogs with us which made it so nice!

Great Vacation Location

Highly recommend this property! Our stay was fantastic. The location really is perfect if you want to visit both MDI/Bar Harbor and Schoodic Peninsula, and we also really enjoyed Tidal Falls Preserve, which is only a couple miles away. The house is absolutely spotless, the furniture is comfortable, and the appliances are all in good order. Check-in was simple and we appreciated the sweet greeting from our host (thank you, Tiffany & Richard). We would love to return someday!

Acadia hiking and biking

This property was clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was centrally located between the Main Acadia Park and the Schootic Pennisula. Tiffany was availabe if we needed anything. She answered all our emails. We enjoyed our stay. anythingour emails.

We had another great stay at this property in Hancock, Maine. House was very clean, had everything we needed. Not to far from Acadia National Park for hiking, kayaking and site seeing. Also so close to more hiking in Schoodic
