Beautiful condo located in Old Marco with proximity to many restaurants. Amazing waterfront views! The unit was exceptionally clean, well- stocked with lots of extras! Can’t say enough about the pool! Very clean and perfect water temperature! Will certainly look forward to our next trip back to Marco Island and hopefully the opportunity to stay again at this wonderful condo! Owners very responsive!

Wonderful condo; beautiful views, so very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed and pull-out. My son and husband loved fishing for snook on the dock which is very close to the condo. Dolphins swimming in the river. We loved our stay at the Riverside condo and fell in love with Marco Island. And the hostess Anne-Marie was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely plan to return again!!

Perfect Destination!

This was our first visit to Marco Island. The condo is fully renovated, very clean and stocked with everything you could need! The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops and has a stunning water view! The host Anne Marie was terrific and very responsive. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Ann Marie's condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Her communication throughout the entire process was top notch. There is a lot to explore in Marco and we definitely would love to return to see all it has to offer.

We enjoyed our week at your lovely Florida home this month!

It was beautifully decorated, very clean (possibly the cleanest I have been in!) with thoughtful added ammenities like coffee, chocolates. wine and extras that truly made a difference in our stay! The owners were available for attentive communication to lead us through details of security and we really appreciated that! We loved the location and especially watching the sun come up each morning and a beautiful view over the pool and out to the water that I fell in love with!

Friends Getaway

This was my second visit to Marco Island and this condo. I chose to return because I was so happy with the unit and the wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay!😊 The fully renovated space is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Also, it is a great location close to restaurants, shops, activities, and has a stunning waterfront view! Highly recommended!

The condo had been updated inside and was really bright and clean. Anne Marie had a lot of things there that we may need but had forgot. The wine was a pleasant surprise for are anniversary. I would definitely recommend this property to one of my friends in the future.

Fantastic Marco Property!

This property was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable. The host had so many amenities, it made our get away completely stress free. You couldn’t ask for a better location and view from the balcony was breathtaking! Pool was immaculate and relaxing. I reached out to the host a few times since I’m new to the VRBO experience, and she couldn’t have been more helpful and kind to us. We are considering this condo as an annual trip if it’s available. Highly recommend!

Hostess with the mostest

This condo was amazing! Anne Marie thought of everything! The view was spectacular and the condo was impeccable! Just bring your clothes and enjoy! My husband especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony for boat watching and early-morning coffee! Anne Marie was quick to respond and so helpful! We will definitely be back again! It was so nice to find this gem in our favorite place!

Amazing vacation

I cannot say enough about this property and the owner AnneMarie.. She checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and if we had any questions or concerns. The condo was perfect so clean and so very comfortable in every aspect. My husband birthday was during our stay she left a card balloons and a nice bottle of wine.. I could go on and on about this amazing property and owner. This was a great find perfect location immaculate and everyone we meet on site was so nice and friendly.. thank you again AnnMarie for everything

The pictures were beautiful however, this unit is even better in person. Just as described and more. It’s absolutely stunning. Very clean. Extremely comfortable. Very well stocked with everything you may need or may have forgotten. We enjoyed our week immensely. Owners were available for any and all questions at a moments notice. They were overly accommodating with our flights. Thank you so much!!! We would definitely recommend this unit.

Hidden gem

The property and condo were very clean. The condo has been tastefully updated and is very comfortable. The owner has stocked the condo with anything you could possibly need or want and is a pleasure to deal with. Great attention to detail and again very comfortable. Great location off the beaten path and access to the bay side other vacationers may not be able to experience. We enjoyed our coffee with the sunrise. Dolphin tour boat ride from Rose Marina, dinner at the Snook Inn and capped off by Sweet Annies ice cream all within a stone's throw of the condo. 5 minute ride to beautiful and relaxing south Marco beach. Try Davinci's you won't be sorry. One of the best 4th of July weekends our family has experienced. We feel truly blessed.

Clean and extras that are over the top!

This property was pristinely clean and well appointed. Within short biking and/or walking distance to beaches, tennis, pickle ball and restaurants. The sunrises over the river were amazing, as well as the dolphins often cruising through in the afternoons. The owner is engaged and easy to correspond with. Very personable and responsive if needed. Thoughtful extras, right down to the tennis racquets and new can of balls!, the beach towels, beach cooler, Keurig cups available (as we forgot our coffee on the first night), chilled wine in the wine cooler, etc.. We are rental property owners ourselves and this property and our stay there was everything that we hope for in our own host offerings! Thank you, AnneMarie! Better than well done!!! Post note: we rented bikes for the entire length of our stay, as the bike rental spot is a 3 minute walk from this property. Very handy!

So much to rave about!

So many great things about this condo and the island. Where to start? First, our host was easy to work with; very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Secondly, the location worked great for us. As our first time in Marco Island, we were uncertain as to where to stay. We aren't really high rise hotel kind of people, so we were happy to find this condo with a nice view of the river in a quieter part of the island. We rented bikes from the bike shop just outside the complex and could get around the rather small, compact island as we needed. Also, the condo complex is just steps away from some really good restaurants, Snook Inn being our favorite. We also took advantage of the hot tub and the tennis courts. Lastly, the unit was amazingly clean (my husband was sure no one had ever used it before as it was so shiny new looking), and perfectly appointed. Forget to pack something? No worries, the host has it there for you.

There is nothing about our stay that wasn't a 10/10. The communication with our host was superb. She was on top of all things. We will be back. The condo was beautiful and a great location to the pool. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The special anniversary card and wine was so appreciated.

Great View and Unit

The unit is beautifully decorated and everything you could need is available. Beautiful bay view to watch the boats going by. The owners provided so much and have thought of everything! Anne and her husband check to make sure everything is taken care of at the property which is very nice! Could not recommend this place enough! We have stayed here twice when visiting Marco.

Home away from home
