The PERFECT location! Just a short walk and you’re on the beach. The house is very spacious and clean. We kept an eye for rentals for a long time and this place couldn’t be beat! Price, location, amenities, etc CAN’T be beat!

We had such a wonderful time at the Nor'easter! The house is beautiful and clean and really comfortably fit our party of 6 adults and 3 kids - it even had lots of toys and games and coloring books for the kids. The access to the beach was so, so easy. I wasn't quite clear on this before we went, but you *don't* need to go several streets over for public beach access - there's a private access path for all of the houses on the street two houses down, that gets you directly to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! (But make sure you bring bug spray.)

This property was more than we expected. I love how the house was divided up, a great play area for kids including games & toys for all ages.TV in every room.and a fully equipted kitchen with all accessories the only thing missing was an air fryer. I loved how quiet the location was. The beach access was a bit much for older people but was worth the walk to have a private beach area

Clean, well kept beach cottage! We enjoyed time with family, playing on the beach, and watching the sunrises. Nice to have kids toys available for the littles!

Great place to stay!

Great home in a fantastic location! House is very tastefully decorated and is full of awesome furniture pieces. The location is perfect and is central to the Tri-Village area as well as other parts of OBX. Hot tub, wi-fi, and cable are all excellent. Hope to stay again one day!

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our time at the Nor'easter! We loved all the room we had to spread out, the cleanliness, the hot tub and the amazing location! This is definitely our place to unwind and relax! We are excited for our trip next year to OBX because we know where we want to stay, at the Nor'easter!!!

Great experience!

Great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed our time here. It is very clean and accommodating. Our host communicated wonderfully and made sure we had what we needed. The walking distance to the beach was convenient since my kids were constantly on the go! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Property

We could not have been more happy with our stay. This properties location is perfectly nestled on a quiet street just steps from the beach but close enough to the necessities too. Small family getaway

The pictures for the house dont do it any justice what so ever. Way better than expected, quiet friendly street with easy access to the beach and short drives to the near by shops and diners.

Best. Beach. Vaca. Ever!

My family and I loved everything about this house including its proximity to the beach, the remote feeling and privacy of the beach, the location of the house on Hatteras Island, the layout of the house itself, the sweet hot tub, I could go on and on. There was literally nothing we'd change and will definitely be back!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! It was spacious, spotless, and had more than enough room for our family, including my sister and her family. The layout was perfect, our kids had their own space to hang out, watch TV, and play games, while the adults could relax in a separate living area or prepare meals in peace.The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy for the kids to enjoy the ocean whenever they wanted. There was also a bike shop within walking distance, where we rented bikes and explored the island. We rode everywhere, from cruising around the neighborhood to visiting local restaurants, and it made our vacation even more memorable.Kelley was also a wonderful host. She was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.This beach house has everything you need and was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and experience everything beach and island life has to offer. We made wonderful family memories here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing beach getaway. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful Place

Perfect location for walking to the beach. Close enough to places like Kitty Hawk to drive without being in the crowd full-time. Beautiful place to relax. The kitchen is set up well for cooking. Be cautious if a lot of rain is expected due to flash flooding.
