Air-conditioned space upstairs with a fully equipped kitchen open to living / dining room and convertible sofa. 1 bedroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor including 1 "studio" area with kitchen area and 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in addition to the bed. 3 bathrooms and 3 Wc. 2 different accesses (1 access by the ground floor and 1 access by the stage with external staircase)
