Located in a very quiet area, at the foot of the Nature Park, 5 minutes from the beaches and the city center, 1 minute from the bike path, this house in dead end has a small garden facing south with garden equipment
On the ground floor, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a toilet
Upstairs, a bathroom, a first bedroom with 1 double bed and a second bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed
We can provide an umbrella bed
Ideal to accommodate a family of 4 to 6 people
Optional: 1) end-of-stay cleaning: 60 euros (to be notified and fees to be paid on the day of delivery of the keys)
2) Linen rental: 12 € per person (notify when booking and fees to be paid on the day of handing over the keys)
Mandatory: Deposit: 300 euros (to pay on the day of handing over the keys and return when validating the inventory)
