An entire home for you and your family to enjoy! This property works great for multi-family vacations and features comfortable sleeping arrangements for families with children of all ages. Enjoy this recently upgraded mountain home featuring high end finishes, two outdoor decks, an outdoor hot tub and an amazing living area. Conveniently located a short hundred and fifty yard walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort ski lifts. This home also boasts easy access to the restaurants and shops of the town of Crested Butte—one short free bus ride away, and just a 10 minute walk from your front door! Enjoy some rejuvenating time away from the hustle and bustle of life in this awesome mountain escape!

This property offers two master bedrooms—excellent for multi-family use. In addition, there are two queen bedrooms on the lower level with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The upstairs media room is perfect for kids to use as a playroom and can be easily converted to a private fifth bedroom, with a queen bed. This arrangement can easily and comfortably accommodate up to five couples. A full size kitchen opens up to a large dining table—seating ten—and living room with floor to ceiling windows offering stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges from the the comfort of your leather couch. Additional seating at the bar makes this house the perfect place to entertain family and friends. The dining room opens onto outdoor living space that includes a grill, outdoor seating, a large patio and a brand new hot tub. Some of the best views can be seen from soaking in the hot tub after a long day of adventuring in the mountains. Come plan your next adventure with us!

Four wheel drive is required to access this home during the winter months. We also have parking for seven cars, two in the garage and five on the driveway. Please note the walk to ski is dependent on snowfall and CBMR opening homeowners run and gold link lift.

Great house for family

We were very impressed with everything regarding our stay - no complaints! The place works really well for families and is especially equipped for young kids - plenty of toys, books, games, 2 pack n plays, a baby gate on the top of the stairs, plastic plates/cups available for the little ones - I did not feel like I had to childproof at all. Plenty of extra towels and sheets available. Lots of useful appliances in the kitchen. Could easily do two families given the two master bedrooms. The First Tracks service made getting around the mountain very easy. The town of Crested Butte is also adorable! Would absolutely recommend!

Off road getaway

The property is in a beautiful area with views as far as the eye can see. Big house fit all of us comfortably 5 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space where you don’t feel on top of each other. I was a little disappointed in some of the amenities I thought for the price and the way the property was listed we would’ve had a little more like having only 1 tv in the whole house (living room) and small things like coffee creamer …..

Great Location

Overall house place for family and friends. Had a issue with the hot tube due to heavy snow fall and power. Property manager team came out within 15 mins , dug out the box under the snow, and hot tube working again! Huge shout for this level of service! The ski in and ski out was great. 8 min walk up or hitch a ride and a 4 min walk home! Loved it. We’ll be back! The Butte with views!

House was amazing. Met all our needs.. Views incredible... We had everything we needed and property manager was very helpful and kept up with the hot tub. Only 1 concern ski out was uphill and ski in was too dangerous for 70 year olds. It was a little farther from the skiing than advertised.

This is our family's 2nd time to visit Crested Butte. Although, this property was a bit further from the ski lifts, it was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home with plenty of room.

Great House in Mt. Crested Butte

This property was fantastic. Lots a great, open space in a well-designed layout with sweeping views. Bedrooms are nicely distanced and arranged. Property management was superb, and the property is very well maintained. Study/gameroom on the second floor was the perfect spot to get some work done without interruption. Don’t miss sunset each evening on the porch off the kitchen. We will definitely return!

This was a property! The only critical comment I would have is that it is not exactly ski in/out as we had to walk uphill with our gear a couple of blocks in order to access the ski run. Otherwise, the communication was very easy and the property was great. We had a small issue with a clogged drain and they came out immediately to fix it.

Ski Trip

We loved this property. It was clean, and had everything we could need. Some trails were closed first day, but by the end of our trip, we could ski almost right up to the door. Only negative was the walk up hill from the bus stop cpuld be a pain in the snow, but I don't think it affected us too much. Would reccomend, and will definitely consider another stay at this property.

While we live in Denver primarily, we try and get to Crested Butte as often as we can. We first visited the area together in 2012, and fell in love with it almost as fast as we fell in love with each other -- ultimately leading to our wedding here in 2015. We have since expanded our family to include two beautiful girls and can't wait to see them grow up in our second home! We love to ski and so most of our initial trips occurred during the winter months, but recently we have be able to experience CB summers which are truly magical. We love to take hikes to the numerous mountain lakes the valley has to offer or just go into town for ice cream or happy hour on a sunny patio! If we are lucky enough to have an adult night out, we try and take full advantage of the awesome music scene the town offers!
