Our Crested Butte home offers breathtaking views from its location across from Crested Butte Mountain, allowing you to watch all of the happenings at the mountain base from your own private retreat. Located a short 5 minute downhill walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes downhill to the mountain base, our home boasts five bedrooms, allowing up to 11 people to sleep comfortably, while four full bathrooms ensure that you never have to share a bathroom with more than two other people.

Our home provides a private getaway for friends, families, couples and anyone else who wants to stay close to the mountain base. The free shuttle bus stop is just a short 5 minute downhill walk (it runs every hour in the winter), and the lifts, restaurants, and shops at the base area are just 10 minutes downhill walk from the front door.

Our home is fully furnished to ensure that you and your family/friends can spend your time enjoying Crested Butte rather than worrying about your lodging. Here are just a few awesome things about our home:

-Wireless high-speed internet throughout the house and three TVs with media streaming capabilities.

- Plenty of space for up to 4 vehicles to park outside the house. Due to the additional mud, dirt and mess that comes with living in the mountains where dirt roads and snow are the norm, we ask that you please park your vehicles outside to avoid creating a mess in the garage. If you would like to park in the garage, however, we will automatically add a $150 fee to your booking to account for the additional cleaning required.

The base nightly rental rates shown are for up to 5 guests staying in our home. For each additional guest above 5, there is a $45 per guest, per night, fee charged. This fee is to offset the additional cleaning and wear and tear that occurs with larger groups, and to help ensure that smaller groups are not paying substantially more per person than larger groups.

We like to speak with every guest before their stay to ensure that we are able to meet all of your expectations. Our property manager will greet you in person on arrival to explain how things work and answer any questions you may have.
