Ideally located in the center of a vast property, very quiet, including a vineyard, a stream, an oak grove and meadows with two horses, Mas Lyda is a former magnanerie completely renovated.
The swimming pool (12mx6mx1,3m), covered or discovered, is sheltered from all eyes, and in a green environment.
Le Mas is 500m from the medieval village, 1km from a supermarket Carrefour, 1km from the tennis courts and 1km from the river.
Many opportunities for canyoning, canoeing, climbing, great scenic hikes are offered within a radius of 20km.
Large private outdoor area, living room with integrated kitchenette, sofa bed and flat screen TV, a bedroom (1 bed 2 pers, bathroom and toilet private).

Logement propre et très confortable. Les prestations sont de qualité. Bien situé, au calme mais proche du bourg. Le bien est dans une région magnifique on peut faire plein d'activités.

Wat een fantastisch fijn verblijf. Binnen was het heerlijk koel met airco. Een goed bed, met een stevig matras. Keuken voldoende, badkamer netjes en een goede douche. Ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het zwembad is goed verzorgd, met fijne ligstoelen. De omgeving had voldoende te bieden.
Klein minpuntje was de trage internetverbinding.

Rust en stilte
Bijna in het centrum van Joyeuse en toch in de natuur, weg van alle drukte en vooral stilte. Vriendelijke eigenaars die vlot bereikbaar zijn en altijd klaar staan. Accommodatie is netjes en voorzien van alle basiscomfort.

Nous avons passé une semaine au mas lyda
chez des hôtes adorables, très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ils sont très acceuillants et n'hesitent pas a partager leurs quotidien,nous conseiller sur les sorties, les marchés.......quand au département L'Ardèche est une région riche en sites naturels, grottes,rivière, magnifiques villages.....c'est un département authentique.

mooi, klein huisje met zwembad (wel een beetje moeten zoeken om te vinden)
vriendelijke ontvangst, vriendelijke eigenaars, kwamen regelmatig eens langs
huisje rook wat muf (voordien was er mss niemand geweest?), wel veel muggen
Fietsen kunnen veilig weg gezet worden

Plezierig verblijf in Voyeuse Ardeche.
Kleine vakantiegite, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien! Mooi zwembad en ook airco.Ligt bij gezellig plaatsje Joyeuse 5 minuten lopen met authentiek centrum. Leuke zeer grote woensdag markt.
Woning heeft boven grote hoge verdieping met 2 pers bed en badkamer. Beneden bedbank.
