Walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes. Stroll down Park Shore Boulevard to see the beautiful homes and restaurants on the beach, 1 mile to the LaPlaya restaurant, 1.3 miles to the Turtle Club and Buzz's Lighthouse Restaurants. Also, The Beach Box Cafe features live music daily and is across the street from Vanderbilt Beach. The marina is right outside the front door where you can fish along the docks or inter-coastal waterway, and located next door to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Features heated community swimming pool. Sleeps 2 people with queen size Murphy bed. Full size living area, over sized lounge chairs. comfortable lanai seating.
