Was missing toilet rolls, not cleaned very well. Once I advised of this, it was rectified and I received a discount. Bedroom had no air con, the fan provided was sufficient. Great location… climbing 4 flights of stairs was a mission at the beginning of our stay.. but it seemed to get easier. I would stay there again 😆

Great place to stay in Old Nice. Walking distance to the ocean. Only negative is that we were on the 4th floor…there is NO elevator.

Calme et très bien situé dans la Vieille Nice, monter au 4ème à 3h du mat, pas évident, charmant et à 2 minutes de la mer!!!

This was a wonderful location and the apartment was more spacious than it looked in the ad. The booking office is very close and checking in and out was very easy. Everyone at MyFlatinNice was were wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend. A word or warning: those steps are no joke. There are 79 of them and it is not for the weak of heart. We knew what we were getting into and welcomed the exercise, but it would have been impossible for some of my friends with aging knees and hips.

Perfect large apartment.

The place is actually nicer and larger than what you see on the web. The view from the bedroom and living room was so nice of the church tower. It was almost 100% quite. And it was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. The wall between apartments is thin - so it was a bit noisy but only because there were 2 crazy guys there. I only heard them for a short time each late evening. They couldn't figure out how to use the lock so they kept slamming the door. The bathroom sink is a bit of a drag but once i figured out to put a patio chair at the bathroom sink/mirror it was all ok.
