The apartment (located in a completely renovated 18th century building on the rue du Marché, Old Town) based is around 42m2 and includes a living room with american kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The apartment is charming, very bright (4th floor), well equipped and all conveniences are next door. Rue du Marché is one of the most typical street in the Old Town, close to Cathédrale Sainte Réparate, Place de Rossetti. Get a feeling of the local lifestyle in our cosy apartment.

. There is an sleeping option for a 3d person (on a sofa). The apartment is decorated in a charming french style furnitures, which makes a very cosy atmosphere.

Rue du Marché is right in the centre of the old town. You will find many local restaurants and delicatessen stores next door as well as markets (Cours Saleya 150m), bakeries… Cathédrale Sainte Réparante and Place Rossetti are at 100m

Please be aware that as many typical houses in Old Town it has NO LIFT. The stairs are very easy, the stairwell is comfortable, clean and with a daylight.

Loved, loved, loved this apartment! So charming and comfortable. And the location in Old Town Nice can't be beat. Only downside is it's a 4th floor walk-up, with no lift in the building. So if stairs are an issue, then that may be a consideration. But otherwise, I highly recommend this place. Communication with the owners was easy and wonderful. And Nice is such a great town to use as a base for day trips all along the Côte d'Azur.

Old town, Nice such beautiful charm, restaurants, and shopping steps away, the beach and Boardwalk about five minute walk. Comfortable king size bed. Take note that there are 92 steps up to the adorable apartment with no lift. Pack lite.

We loved staying here. It’s in a great location in old town, it’s within a few minutes walking distance to a secure parking facility if you have a car and the apartment is perfect for a short stay! There are 4 flights of stairs since there’s no elevator, but that common for being in such a great location in old town. It was no problem for us. We would definitely come back and stay here next time we visit.

This was a really good place to stay. Place was very nice and a quick walk to the promenade d’anglais. Ideal place in the heart of old nice. Can get a little noisy especially at night. And walking up the stairs with luggage (depending how much you have can be a beast). Other than that, nice place at a decent price!

Perfect apartment in old town Nice

The apartment is exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is just outside your door. Communication was very easy and prompt. I would definitely stay again. It is up 4 flights of stairs, so you can work off your croissants.

Comfortable and perfectly located apartment

We enjoyed our five days here very much. The 4th-floor walk-up (5th floor by U.S. counting) will not be for everyone, but it was fine for us, even in our 70s. The apartment is located on a lively, narrow street in the Old City, but at this level and with double-paned windows to close at night, it is completely calm, which is very important for us. Everything is as pictured and works properly, and the bed is quite comfortable.

Magnifique! Perfect apartment in a perfect location.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this charming apartment in Vieux Nice. We had everything we needed, including a full kitchen (with oven, stovetop, and dishwasher), a washing machine, a great shower, and a comfortable bed. And we were right in the heart of the city, with excellent restaurants (of various ethnicities), shops, the Marché aux Fleurs, landmarks, and tram stops all nearby. We were met at the apartment by the delightful host. We also highly recommend this apartment for your next stay on the Côte d’Azur. As others have mentioned, you climb 4 flights of steps to the apartment, but we managed them without difficulty and we’re in our 70s.

Absolutely lovely and cosy apartement in the narrow little streets (pedestrian zone) in the old town of Nizza, just a few minutes to the sea. 4th floor - light and fresh air through the windows. Slept so well in this heaven of a bed! Friendly, nice and helpful lady to answer all our questions. Loved it. Will come back!

We travelled in November and appreciated electric heating to maintain comfort in the evening / night. Apartment was recently renovated and very clean upon arrival. The bedding and mattress were comfortable: not too hard, not too soft. Note that elevators in the old town are rare: there are 88 steps up to the apartment though staircase is wide, solid stone and easy to use. Once you make the initial climb with suitcases it's no problem (we're in our early 60s). Property owner and her local host were very responsive. With a good location and good value, I can recommend without any hesitation.
