About this property

Vacation home on the island of Oléron

New house located 1.1 km from the city center, 1.8 km from the beach, and 500 m from the bike paths. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with a private heated pool of 5x3, with a secure cover. On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with beds of 140 and 1 bed of 120, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 separate toilet, and a storage room. On the first floor, there is an office with TV, 1 master bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Garage and parking available. WIFI. End of stay cleaning is included. House linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, and dishcloths) are available at 25€ per person as an option. Upon arrival, a cleaning/trash deposit of 130€ will be requested by the concierge to prevent excess cleaning. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure if the house is in acceptable condition. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at a preferential rate or other services through the concierge.
Minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August and 5 nights minimum for the rest of the year.

Bon séjour et très belle maison. : calme, équipements et fonctionnalités, pièces lumineuses et agréables à vivre, bon emplacement (3 min en voiture d'une belle plage) ; la petite piscine est un plus pour les enfants notamment.- : nous aurions aimé avoir un rappel des frais optionnels quelques jours avant notre arrivée (nous aurions amené notre linge de lit s'il nous avait été rappelé qu'il s'agissait d'une option payante)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’emplacement de la maison est très agréable (au calme et proche des pistes cyclables). La maison est conforme à l’annonce et l’accueil fut très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes Haus auf toller Insel

Das Haus ist exzellent ausgestattet, Betten sind komfortabel und - fast - alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Leider ist bei der deutschen Übersetzung ein schwerer Fehler unterlaufen. Reinigung und Bettwäsche/Handtücher sind NICHT inklusive!!! Ansonsten gibt es einige Extras, die nicht erwähnt sind, wie ein Aussengrill, sowie einen Holzpelletofen (den wir aber nicht gebraucht haben). Die Concierge ist kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit - wir wurden sogar alarmiert, als Nouvelle Aquitaine zum Risikogebiet erklärt wurde. Was das betrifft - auf der Insel ist so viel Platz, und alle halten sich an die Regeln, wir haben uns also nie bedroht gefühlt. Dolus bietet leider keine nennenswerten Restaurants, aber einen wunderbaren Hypermarché, Fischladen, Metzger und einen täglichen Markt (bis Mitte September). Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, wie auch der Strand. Allerdings muss man die entsprechenden Wege finden, da das Haus leider am Ortsende des Ortsteils Peux liegt. Da geben alle schon wieder Vollgas... Man hört das aber hinter dem Haus kaum. Strand ist in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar, bei Ebbe (unbedingt Gezeitenkalender checken), sind tolle Wanderungen möglich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub, trotz der Pandemiekomplikationen.

Nous sommes en revanche désolés pour la traduction de votre site, pour les linges et le ménage. Sur le site Abritel, c'est pourtant bien mentionné que cela n'est pas compris.
