About this property

very nice country house.

Charming house, located in a 5000 m2 park, comprising three bedrooms (140 cm bed), a 45 m2 dining room, equipped with a sofa, a spacious fitted kitchen, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
This house is on the ground floor. It is equipped with an electric chair, which allows access to the living rooms from the basement.
We also provide a baby high chair, booster seat, and a travel cot.
Individual parking, large fenced wooded park of 5000 m, animals accepted. You have a garden furniture and sunbathing area.
House located at the limit of the departments of Dordogne, and Lot et Garonne, close to shops, tourist activities (for example the Battle of Castillon).
For amateurs, the proximity of the vineyards of Bordeaux, St Emilion, Monbazillac and Duras offer the possibility of great discoveries.
For swimming you have two lakes, located 30 minutes from the lake house of CARSAC located in the town of st martin de gurcon EN DORDOGNE and the lake of ST SERNIN located in the town of ST SERNIN DE DURAS in lot and Garonne.
Every Saturday morning, gourmets will surely find their happiness at the very famous market of Sainte-Foy La Grande

Mauvaise surprise

nous avions constaté sur les photos que la maison appartenait sûrement aux anciens de la famille du loueur et était resté "dans son jus" ce qui ne nous dérangeait pas pour le peu de nuits à y passer, mais nous ne nous doutions pas que nous serions pris à la gorge par une odeur acre en ouvrant la porte. En effet la maison n'avait pas du tout été aérée et nous avons constaté avec la crise d'allergie à la poussière qui a tout de suite débuté, qu'une épaisse couche de poussière recouvrait tous les meubles y compris les tables de la salle à manger, de la véranda (avec des restes de repas en prime dessus) , y compris les lits et tables de nuit.Plafond insalubre dans la salle de bain et gros besoin de rafraîchissement des rideaux et papiers, moquettes.Vaisselle sale avec les restes de nourriture collés....Le problème est que le loueur Monsieur Gilles Rey nous a demandé 50 euros pour faire le ménage après notre départ (sur ma demande) et que nous avons dû faire le ménage à notre arrivée pour que cela soit un peu plus respirable et supportable, nous ne lui avons accordé que la moitié de cette somme avec un mot d'explication. c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive et nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait vraiment de l'abus quant au bien loué et son entretien. Il est évident que nous ne reviendrons pas à cet endroit.Si ce loueur ne change pas son attitude, il est évident que les prochains locataires feront les mêmes constatations en arrivant sur le lieu, ce qui est dommage.

Nous avons pris ce logement pour dormir. L'endroit est très calme donc nous nous sommes bien reposés. La maison présente de nombreux plus, bien équipée avec TV & Wifi par exemple.
