Fully renovated cottage with a real breathtaking sea view of first rank. The beach of the Pin de Galle against low is a few strides. Enter the chalet with a first visual effect of postcard. 2 completely independent bedrooms with private bathrooms (bath and WC). TV lounge and dining room with fitted kitchen. Air conditioning, private parking, video intercom, unlimited WIFI. Large south facing exotic wood terrace with garden furniture.

Falling asleep at the sound of waves ... that happiness :)

The cottage has been newly renovated. It dominates the beach of Pin de Galle Pradet. The sea view is real and of first rank. This is not a photo to attract the eye but the real view from the terrace.

The Chalet consists of:
> Two bedrooms with in each: 140x200 bed, large closet, air conditioning, USB socket headboard, desk, independent suspended toilet, bathroom with shower, thermostatic mixer and vanity unit, electric towel rail.
> A living room with sofa bed and dining room with fitted kitchen, table and high chairs. Flat screen TV, air conditioning
> Private parking
> A big terrace of 70m ² gives you an impregnable sea view on the big blue. Garden furniture: 2 sunloungers, 6 seater outdoor table with chairs and armchairs, electric griddle.

All rooms have sea view. Live the experience of falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

tout neuf chalet avec manifique vue

Feines neues kleines Häuschen mit herrlicher Terrasse. Philippe wohnt mit seiner Familie gleich nebenan und empfing uns persönlich und half uns bei Problemen sowie gab uns Tipps. Nur 5 min zu Fuß befand sich das Meer, eine kleine Bucht, 50m tiefer. Perfekt für 4 Personen, um Ausflüge an das Meer und seine Umgebung zu machen oder die Sonne auf der Terrasse zu geniessen. Es gibt alles was man benötigt, inkl. Gasgrill. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) --------------------------------------------- Belle petite maison neuve avec une magnifique terrasse. Philippe habite a cote avec sa famille. Il a nous tous montrée et nous a aidés à résoudre des problèmes et il a nous donné des conseils. Seulement 5 minutes à pied se trouvait la mer, une petite baie de 50 mètres plus bas. Parfait pour 4 personnes pour faire des excursions à la mer. Aussi pour profiter du soleil sur la terrasse. Il y a cote tout ce dont vous avez besoin, aussi le gril à gaz. Il n'y avait rien de mal avec nous. Nous reviendrons :)
