This beautifully appointed Gulf Coast retreat is perfect for your next family getaway. Spectacularly light and bright, this home has three stories. It is in a gated community with an elevator, a ramp for accommodations, ample balconies, and a view of the community pool.
Paradise Palms is well-located for making the most of your time on the Gulf Coast. Greenway Station on 30a has a selection of restaurants, shopping, and coffee and ice cream shops, all within walking distance of the home.
Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or old to book this property. This requirement is enforced and may result in extra cleaning fees and/or forfeiture of rental and fees if not adhered to.
No parties allowed.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No street parking allowed
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
