Beautiful property with more than enough space for our family! Loved that we were in a gated community with access to the Oasis Club.

Our stay here was great. The property was nice, clean, and located in a great area close to food, Publix, activities and the highway. One of two pools was not open due to construction delays.

Excellent Stay!!!

The house was great, it was clean and had plenty of room for 11 of us. The games in the game room need to be updated as they are either broken or missing pieces and the mesh outside around the pool needs to be repaired, there are a few holes in it. But overall our stay was wonderful!

Great stay! Only issue we had was on the last day when we tried to contact to ask about late check out and no one would answer. The owner eventually did and had no issue with us staying, but Manila Villas didn't answer for over 13 hours. Every other time we had a question, the answered very quickly!

We absolutely loved the all the space, we had 7 adults and 4 kids and never felt like we were in each others way. We liked the club pool. We were disappointed that the price to heat the person pool was so high and thought the jacuzzi was heated. The house was cheaply done. You definitely need you own hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage sacks, they only provide for maybe two uses. The location was okay, but if your going to parks it's better to stay somewhere closer the traffic was always horrible except on weekends. I would rate this okay but not worth what you pay.

Overall we had a great stay but our house needed some improvements (a list was left at exit) Also, we rented a house that holds 12 people for 10 days and there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom ( no extra) there were only two towels per bathroom so we had to do laundry every day. Only two garbage bags and two dishwasher detergents were provided.

Davenport House Review

The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was awesome! The location was perfect and only a 15-20 minute drive from shops and stores. The neighborhood was quiet and security was efficient.
