Stay awhile and RELAX at Lake Keowee, Clemson and the mountains! The 5 Seasons

This spacious Lake Keowee home was built in 2018, with your comfort and wishes in mind! The partially covered dock sits on calm, deep water- where you can safely float all day long or paddle board around. You can bring your boat (launch ramp just 1 mile down from the house) and tie up on either side or just sit and relax while gazing at the beautiful waters of Lake Keowee, SC. While you are vacationing at our home on Lake Keowee, you can also visit Death Valley, Clemson University or the 18-hole championship John E. Walker Sr. Golf Course- just 12 miles down the road. There are numerous Oconee County trails and more, Lake Jocassee, South Cove County Park (pickleball and tennis courts on the lake). The house and cove are tucked away, but also conveniently located to civilization at your fingertips! You have grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores, hiking trails, and pickleball and tennis at South Cove County Park on the lake !

From the moment you pull in you will wish you were staying longer! The house was well thought out, with foyer open to the Greatroom/kitchen/Dining area and views straight out to beautiful Lake Keowee- the prettiest, clearest lake in South Carolina. Plenty of room for 4 plus families to cook, entertain and laugh together. On the main level you will find 2 masters each with king bed and in suite baths. The "main" Master is very spacious and features a Master bath with his/her vanities, tiled/glass shower and beautiful full sized tub, perfect for bubble baths or baby's baths! The kitchen is ideal for groups who love to cook- featuring double ovens, full size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, cook top and vent-a-hood, plenty of cabinets and serving pieces (Keurig coffee machine, crockpot, plug in griddle, ice cream maker, and blender) large island (seating at island as well) with sink in the middle so that you never have to take your eyes off the lake or your family/friends! The upstairs great room offers a large wood burning fire place with 2 leather couches and 2 arm chairs surrounding the fire place. The views are everywhere you look, but my favorite place is the covered back porch with wood burning fireplace, TV and plenty of seating.
The downstairs great room also has 2 leather couches, another TV and a beverage refrigerator along with a seperate area where the foosball is located. The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs. To the left of the downstairs great room, you will find 1 King bedroom, which is next to a full bath, and then the bunk room- which has 3 double beds and a twin. Across the great room there is the 3rd bedroom which has 2 double beds and an in suite bath. The downstairs bedrooms have the BEST view of the lake by far! Don't miss out on snagging one of those rooms! Lake Keowee is right out any back door you go to, up or down, with a gently sloped path down to the brand new dock. The downstairs patio features another sitting area, grill, outdoor ping pong table and corn hole set. Enjoy adult and kid's kayaks, paddle board, and brand new dock with gentle ease stairs. The dock has boat accessibility on the right and left sides as well as boat cleats for tie up convenience. There are 4 Adirondack chairs and a table/4 chairs on the dock.
The reason we LOVE this property the most though, is because of the beautiful, wide cove of water we are in! You will be able to float, swim, kayak, paddle board or just hang out on the dock in this TRANQUIL, deep cove on Lake Keowee! There is very little boat traffic in our cove, meaning not a lot of rocking from waves! Prepare to enjoy the peace and relaxation this cove will bring to you and your family/friends! Homeowner boat is in the main slip but dock has all access cleats on both sides for your own boat or if you rent a boat.

We like to call our house The 5 Seasons because, where we are, you can enjoy the lake during Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall and Clemson Season!! Fun all year long-
Summer is for lake living! Fishing, boating, swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating off the dock and relaxing!!
Fall is for football season, water falls and hiking trails (Yellow Branch Falls Trail is my favorite-but Oconee Station Trail is a close second), sitting on the back deck overlooking the lake and watching the leaves change color, and celebrating Thanksgiving at the lake with your family under one roof!
Winter is for celebrating Christmas & New Years and sitting by the fire, outside or inside here at our lake house- while you look out over the beautiful, clear view of the lake because there is not a leaf on the trees!
Spring is for celebrating Easter and Memorial Day with your family! Or, just to get away on vacation because you cannot wait to get outdoors again and be on the lake!
Clemson SEASON- lasts all year long at Lake Keowee- whether it is football season, graduation, college visits or homesick visits with your student! Our house is only 12 miles from Clemson!!
You won't be disappointed in any season when you choose to vacation at The 5 Seasons on Lake Keowee, SC!

There is plenty of parking available and there is a walking/cart path that leads directly from the driveway all the way down to the lake for easy unloading of lake gear.
This property offers the best of both worlds! By lake, you are a 5 minute boat ride to Crooked Creek Marina, where you can purchase gas 24 hours a day via credit card or get the best ice cream around from the Crooked Creek Deli during normal business hours. By land, Crooked Creek Marina is about 1 mile from our house and this is where you would put your boat in. Another 10-15 minute boat ride will have you at either the Tiki Hut bar and grill/Marina, or in a different direction, you can boat up to the Lighthouse Restaurant (please make sure you call for seasonal hours).
Clemson University is just 12 miles away! This is a 15-20 minute drive, depending on the time of day. You can cruise into Death Valley on game day in no time, because from our house, you will be going against the majority of traffic. Then, once the game is over, look forward to heading back home to the peace and relaxation Lake Keowee has to offer you at our house, and again, you will be going against the majority of the traffic.
There is a Dollar General located not even a minute from the house which carries most everything you may have forgotten or what you didn't want to pack! About 7-10 minutes down the road is the hospital, CVS pharmacy, gas stations, local bar as well as local restaurants. The town of Seneca (7-10 min away also) offers every convenience: grocery stores, fast food restaurants, Starbucks, major hardware stores, shopping and a precious downtown (you will find Ram Cat Alley here, weekend activities usually occurring on this street). As mentioned above, there are also many hiking trails not far away either.
