Thank you for the great review! This unit is definitely a guest favorite. This unit is not pet friendly but there was a guest who brought a service animal which we have to allow and unfortunately I guess the service animal got on on some of the furniture and it was a little more difficult to get all the hairs out of the fibers of the chair but its been cleaned better. Rest of assured as you said the property is very nice and clean and this property is not pet friendly this was a one time situation with a service animal but we have dealt with it and everything is much better. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Yes our area unfortunately does not allow tents at the beach and we do mention that a few times ahead of time in welcome letters and rental agreements that are signed. Check in time is standard as most properties are in our area at 4pm and that is never an early check in charge for that and even more so if we are able to release the property to the guest a few minutes prior to arrival we will do that as a courtesy at no charge however when guests want to try and check-in 2 hours early and still while the house keeper is trying to finish cleaning as we had hired a second hand and rearranged inspections to accommodate an earlier check in then yes there is a early check in fee of which we even reduced that fee for you out of courtesy so just being clear here so future guests understand there is no early check in fee if you check in at 4pm or if we let a guest know its ready but there is an early check in fee if guests try and check in 2 hours before allowed. This is no different than any unit in the community the only difference is they wouldn't let you check in early period we did other units wouldn't have given a code that actives at before 4pm. We do appreciate your stay and your feedback but it's also important we correct statements so future guests understand. Thank you and hope you have you come stay again soon!

Thank you for staying with 30A Rental Properties, we enjoyed having you come stay! I am sorry you had some trouble with the onsite management they unfortunately are not the most welcoming sometimes but we encourage all of our guests to let us know if there is ever any issues and we will always be happy to call the front office of the HOA. The onsite management and HOA are run by the same group and the onsite management company wants all the units in house but more than half the owners don't appreciate the onsite management companies attitude which is why those owners are under our management and doing great!
