Wooded property on 1.7 acres. 3 blocks to Saugatuck Dunes State Park and Felt Mansion where there is parking and a walking path to the beach (about a 7 block walk). Two blocks to Saugatuck / Holland bike path. Three miles from Downtown Saugatuck and 8 miles to downtown Holland. 4 bedrooms (2 King beds and 2 twin beds on main floor). ( 1 King bed lower level), 2 full baths, living room, family room, gas grill, 2 wood burning fireplaces, new full kitchen, washer/dryer, hot water heat, AC, whole house generator, wrap around deck, two TV's with cable and WiFi internet, outdoor living areas and fire pit. Crib available upon request. Private and convenient.

1000/100 would stay again. The property is nestled in a perfectly secluded area with shady trees and sandy ground. We loved that it was kid friendly and stocked to the brim with appliances, paper products, towels, beach gear and more. Felt like home!!

Our stay was simply amazing! Where to even begin? What struck me first about the home was how quiet and peaceful the property was- the landscaping so beautiful and welcoming. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked, with tons of room for my family of four to spread out. Conveniently located but still out of the way enough to feel private. It was our first trip to the Saugatuck-Holland area and we’re already talking about making a return trip… and staying at the Treehouse!

We enjoyed our stay

The House and property worked well for our family trip. We loved the close proximity to the beaches. My personal favorite was the State park beach that we could walk to as I loved the beautiful hike. The beds were very comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

Beautiful, peaceful stay in perfect location

The property was as described & worked perfectly for our family of 4. It was very clean & well-stocked. We loved being able to leave the windows open while having total privacy due the trees, and the wraparound deck was ideal for stargazing, morning coffee, doing puzzles & more. It was hard to leave & we can’t wait to return soon!

Perfect house for family vacation

The home had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach chairs for us to use. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location of the home was perfect. Just a quick drive to the Saugatuck Dunes. We will definitely stay here again if we are coming to Saugatuck!

Great choice! It is clean and even cuter than the photos! Very close to Saugatuck attractions, little bit of a drive to traditional beaches and Holland. Ages 35-93 stayed here and we really enjoyed the property!

Family Week

We love staying at the Treehouse. This is our second family vacation here, and we’ll be back again next year! The location is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities as well as unexpected extras. The travel time to the beach, restaurants, Saugatuck downtown, Holland-everything we wanted to do, was short, which is a plus with children. We love getting to know the area with the Treehouse as home base!

Family Vacation

This was our third year staying at the Treehouse. The location is great for accessing the area. The house is well appointed with kitchen supplies, and plenty of space for dining with our family of 8. Towels and bathroom supplies were plentiful too. Beach towels and chairs are available too so you don’t have to lug, or rent items. There is plenty of space so everyone isn’t on top of each other which is really nice with children in the group. The Treehouse is our home away from home!
