While staying at Signature Residents Tower #2, you gain ownership-access to the world's largest Resort-Casino including 7 swimming pools, lazy river, Grand Garden Arena, and restaurant district with over 30 restaurants and bars. Guests will also enjoy free dedicated valet parking. Access the condo at the Signature Check-in Desk using private access key cards and elevator. This was our first time in Vegas. With the being said we had a great time. We were in walking distance to the strip and shopping area. The only thing I can say negative was this loud banging noise in the early morning the first two days, Which was beyond the host control. Other than that it was a great stay!! I would most definitely stay again!!

Best way to do Vegas!

Loved this property. As close to everything Vegas as you can get with extra comfort and amenities. Host is helpful and accessible, unit is clean and has everything you need for a great trip!

Vegas recharge trip

Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location. Flawless room and amenities enjoyed the full kitchen and the two baths were a plus for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas.

Beautiful stay

We have stayed at The Signature before. This was the first time using VRBO. Pluses were that it was a lovely suite in a great location. Joe was an excellent manager and went above and beyond to help us get in an hour early.He communicated really well.The negatives were that there were a few hairs on bedding and the kitchen floor, and we felt limited with hanging space as the closets held a lot of bedding and supplies. It really is a lovely suite and a nice, central location when you are inhairs

Short time in Vegas

Easy check in and friendly, professional staff during arrival. A few stain near couch but owner quickly responded and got his new claing crew to promptly take care of it. Tubs and toilets were super clean and the king size bed was super comfy. Would definitely stayed again!

Sightseeing vacation

The unit condo itself was amazing! Great location to a lot of places we visited. Just wish I didn’t have to tip every single time we left with our car. Resort fee seemed steep for pools being shut down 2 days and housekeeping only cleaned one day out of 8 days.There is no free parking where you can get your own car…Only valet and what they will tell you when you get there is that they work on tips so I felt obligated every single time we took our car out which got expensive.

Great stay, just enough off the strip

Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind.

Slightly off strip, but no casino to deal with!

This condo is incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering a convenient stroll to the strip. The bed (on the slightly softer side, which we like) provided a fantastic night's sleep, and as an added bonus, there is a partial view of the Sphere. It was also nice not having to walk through a casino, as there is no casino there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place Off the Beaten Path

This is an amazing room with lots of space and good views. My favorite part of this property is that there is no casino to deal with. Pretty quite place to stay so close to the strip. Joe was great and communicated all the details clearly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will try to book it again in the future.

We've stayed at The Signature three times previously since it opened, but always booked direct with the hotel. On this occasion we cottoned on to the fact that there were some great deals when booking with an apartment owner through VRBO, so we took this option. After studying loads of listings, we settled on this suite.From the moment of our first enquiry, Joe & Sherry were incredibly helpful - and indeed, their bedding options are better than if simply booking with the hotel, since they also have air beds available. These worked so well, we used them for both our two kids, rather than making them share the sofa bed (or fight over who got the sofa bed and who got an air bed). And they were super comfy too!All comms with Joe & Sherry were easy, swift and left us totally reassured that everything would be just as we hoped it would be. They also offered us some additional help during our stay, for which my wife is ever so grateful. Thank you for letting us stay in your holiday home.

Great place, terrific location, some check-in communication issues.

Loved the place, very upscale, and close to everything especially with the nearby monorail. Will definitely stay again when in the area. I understand MGM Signature was having computer issues which caused communication problems. Hopefully not an ongoing problem. Hosts were superb at working around the MGM Signature problems and corrected the communication issues as quickly as possible.

The condo was beyond our expectations! Everything was unbelievable from the location, the spaciousness, the balcony, the extra amenities, the cleanliness, etc. I can't say enough about it. I absolutely will stay here again if I'm back in Vegas and I highly recommend it to anyone & everyone!

Very Clean and Safe

The property was very clean. Check-in was simple and easy. The property owners are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are fenced in and very safe. Having access to the pools and fire pit area were very nice to have. I would stay here again.

Time out

We absolutely loved this property. The room was spacious enough for 4 adult women. We loved the balcony with an amazing view, the jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, and accessibility to MGM hotel. I don't want to leave out the hot tub that we enjoyed Sunday morning. All the staff was pleasant & very helpful. This was my second time at The Signature at MGM & I will definitely visit this property again. We had a wonderful time.

We were in town for a convention. Great location and very conveniently located. There were a few odd COVID-19 related things that came up, ie some restaurants closed or shortened hours; no fault of facility or host. Staff was friendly and helpful.

First time in Vegas

The property was as described. Few things were not expected: we were not able to get to the pools at all dt limit of people they allowed. The air mattress we used were not holding the air through the night. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable. Other then that everything was great. Location was close walking distance to all major attractions. We felt safe walking home with kids in the evening. House keeping was prompt in bringing us kitchen supplies and extra bedding. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond. We would definitely stay on this property again hopefully after all the Covid restrictions are gone.

Why they chose this property

We chose our unit at MGM Signature... First, because of it's amazing location and proximity to the Las Vegas Strip! We're in the heart of so much action. We loved all the conveniences and amenities, pools, exercise facility, wonderful staff, even a Starbuck's right here on our property, etc... On top of all that we're just a short walk from the monorail system which gives us fantastic access to all of our favorite casinos, fine dining and entertainment up and down the strip. We loved that our unit was a corner unit, letting in so much more light and various views of the stunning Las Vegas Strip.
