About this property

Charming period dovecote with communal swimming pool, plane trees and fountains

We offer you the opportunity to spend a pleasant stay in a dovecote period recently renovated (40m ²) located on the second and third floor of our charming mill of the thirteenth century.

This incredible building, in the heart of the Luberon (Provence), consists of 5 independent cottages (classified 2 and 3 stars). This holiday residence open all year is surrounded by a beautiful park of 2 hectares, it is a place full of history by its architecture. Indeed, this traditional Provencal house offers you the space of a memorable moment the opportunity to make a good in the past thanks to the various historical pieces that we have renovated (authentic flour mill, sundial, dovecote, laundry, murderous , pantry, ...).

The charm of the property is also mainly due to its path of multi-century plane trees, its superb swimming pool, its large park, its cute animals and its 2 beautiful fountains illuminated at night which are filled with life thanks to many fish, some frogs and lovely water lilies!

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DWELLING:
Gite T2 classified 2 Stars, Duplex for 2 to 4 people on 36m², on the 2nd and 3rd floors
1 bedroom with a 140 bed on the 3rd floor
Living room (sofa bed 160), flat screen TV 80cm and fully equipped kitchen
Bathroom with wc
Shared terrace for residents, pool access, barbecue, games and animals

POSSIBLE OPTIONS if you wish:
- Cot, high chair, bath, cache plugs ... free on reservation subject to availability.
- Possible privatization of the mill room (on conditions)
- Linen (15 € / bed): sheets, towels, tea towels - not ironed and bed not made
- Linen (30 € / bed): sheets, towels, tea towels - ironed and bed made
- End of stay cleaning (50 €)
- Leclerc drive: we will pick up your races and put them away for you before your arrival (15 €)
- Animals are accepted if they are wise, clean and kept on a leash (15 € / stay).

- close to AIX EN PROVENCE, AVIGNON (about 50 min.), MARSEILLE, GORGES DU VERDON (1h30)

This is undoubtedly the place to discover in France if you like the calm, the beauty, the nature and if you wish to rest calmly in the sun!

Our ideal location (accessible by the D943 - full heart of the Luberon) offers the possibility of being only 2 km from the city and its amenities while allowing us to enjoy the quiet of the countryside and cicada singing.

In addition, walk by the country lanes, you can easily go to the water (LEISURE BASIS A 15 MIN A FOOT) which provides many opportunities, such as eat ice cream, play park for children or walk around around the lake after busy days. The development continues ...
To date, you will find playgrounds for children (swings, slide, zipline, 2 spaces with water jets, ...), food and ice cream, tennis court, mountain biking, fishing, picnic area. nique, walk around the lake with fitness trail, ...
The city plans to make available soon new tennis courts, petanque, climbing wall, pedal boat, sailing, ... and especially to open the lake for swimming!

The Moulin des Ocres is also the ideal place to enjoy nature and easily entertain your children thanks to:

- MANY GAMES and BILLARD TABLE available in the vaulted room of the mill

Un séjour très agréable en famille

Die Moulin des Ocres ist ein liebevoll wieder hergestellter wunderbarer Platz um Urlaub in der Vaucluse/Provence zu machen - idealer und ruhiger Ausgangsort für alle Unternehmungen. Schwimmbad, Angebot für Aktivitäten und ein wunderbarer Garten laden ein zur Erholung. Wir haben diese Zeit sehr genossen. Amélie und Pierre sind liebenswerte Gastgeber. Ein Auto (oder Fahrrad) , um zum nächsten Ort, Apt, zu gelangen ist jedoch unverzichtbar.
