CHARMING APARTMENT OF 30M2 SEA VIEW, MR HULOT beach, ST MARC SUR MER

Hello, we just recently acquired this charming apartment of 30 m2 on the 2nd and last floor, seafront, Mr Hulot beach in St-Marc Sur Mer in a secure residence.
It is composed of a large entrance cabin with bunk beds and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with separate toilet.
A fitted kitchen with hob, oven, mini oven, fridge, a table and 4 chairs.
A lounge with a sofa bed, a coffee table and a large wardrobe.
A parking space covered underground and a bike room.
The bus is two steps away.
We are flexible on the days of arrival and departure depending on availability of the studio, as well as schedules, do not hesitate to contact us in advance!
We can rent you the studio from 3 nights, depending on other bookings, do not hesitate to contact us!
We offer a cleaning fee at 50 € the week to be paid on the spot at your arrival.
The bed linen is not included but can also be provided (option of 50 € the week to be regulated the day of your arrival.)
We can accept a small animal, as far as possible, given the size of the apartment: do not hesitate to contact us!

Located on the charming town of St-Marc Sur Mer, a few steps from the shopping street with: mini market, bakery, excellent restaurant Le Center, bar, tobacco newspapers, post office, pharmacy, doctors, market twice per week (Thursdays and Sundays) as well as the kids' club on the beach.

St-Marc sur Mer is a beautiful seaside resort, filming location of the movie "The Holidays of Mr. Hulot", which offers a beautiful sandy beach, walking trails including the footpath that starts at the foot of the studio.
You can discover a few miles away, the Bay of Baule, Pornichet, the small port of Pouliguen or the medieval city of Guérande, salt marshes, Brière and Le Croisic.
You can also visit Airbus, the shipyards of the Atlantic at St Nazaire, where were built the biggest steamers.

Less than an hour away, discover the city of Nantes, its castle, its cathedral and the machines of the island.
