You will love this 1 bedroom, ground floor condominium that is close to everything St Simons has to offer. Recently updated with all new furniture and décor, this home is the vacation you’ve been waiting for. In the living room, there is a 55" smart tv. There is an additional 42" TV in the bedroom. Pup friendly? Yes we are! We have a 35 lb. weight limit for your pup (additional fee).
The ground floor patio is fenced so you and\or your pet can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing. The master suite has an all new king size bed with en-suite restroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bring your kids or another couple who can take advantage of the sleeper sofa in the living room. A Laundromat is just steps away from this unit. This is a home you will want to keep coming back to year after year.
Ocean Walk condominiums are walking distance to the pier/village area, where you can enjoy great dining, beach shops, or stroll the waterfront. When you are ready to hit the beach you will be less than a mile to several beach access points.
At the complex you will have two pools to choose from with one being heated yearly from September until April. If tennis is your sport, then you are in luck, Ocean Walk has tennis courts, as well as a fitness center, clubhouse, business center and fishing lake. (Catch and release only.)

What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 2 TVs located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We loved the condo and its great location. It was spotless and well appointed. It provides a very homey atmosphere and is close to absolutely everything. Being "pup friendly" is a big plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay at P3 Ocean Walk! It was very clean and stocked with every thing we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, playground, and tree swings by the pond:) Also in a great location to the pier and shopping as well as close to beach.
This property exceeded our expectations.

I really loved your condo -very nice and perfect for our older dogs. The decor was very nice -only thing I would have loved better would have been ceiling fans.
Condo is beautifully decorated and super pet friendly (doggie towels, sofa covers, and a fenced patio). Additionally, the kitchen has all the needed amenities to boot. This was our second time staying in Oceanwalk P-3 and we look forward to booking again in the near future.

The location was excellent and close to many of the attractions we were interested in. The negative to our stay was the person above us was very noisy starting at 4am and after she left her dog would bark for another 2 hours.
We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Walk.The apartment was decorated perfect for the beach.It was clean and well stocked
The village was about 1|2 a mile from rhe apartment.We drove to rhe public beach which was very nice.Everyone at the complex was nice. We go to St
Simmons every September and plan to use Vrbo again.
We enjoyed our stay in this small, but comfortable one bedroom. Location at the back of the complex, near the pool and laundry, is great. An easy ride over to jeckyll island which we did twice. Once for the all day pet friendly beach, and once for a delightful water park for all ages. We also enjoyed walking our dogs on the East beach after 6 pm. And happy hour at the Echo which overlooks the ocean. Location is convenient to explore the area.
The property was neat and clean. Location was great. Our dog enjoyed walking around the grounds and barking at the ducks. The only complaint was that the tv remote in the living room did not work, but someone stopped by the next day and gave us a new one.
Excellent stay, would reserve again. A little antiquated that you still have to physically pick up a key at their office as many properties in OW have keyless entry. Also a paper survey is a little outdated. The unit is beautifully updated, modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Easy access to the pool and easy walk to village. Permanent residents are friendly and welcoming. As to be expected, the unit above produces floor noise but I don’t think that can be helped. The unit is extremely clean for being pet friendly. I am animal dander sensitive but had no problems in this unit. Excellent stay overall..
OW P-3 is the nicest in every way unit I’ve stayed in at OW. I’ve stayed in close to a dozen.
OW P-3 has been highly maintained by the owners who have thought of everything. It is dog friendly which is what I need and the dog covers for the furniture was great. I take my own but it’s not necessary here. I enjoyed meeting other guests and residents at P-3 and our porch gatherings in the evenings. I vacation in SSI twice a year. My family and I return in July and will stay at OW. I hope to return next spring ‘2025 to P-3! Thank you to P-3 owners!
