As you step through the front door, you'll be welcomed by a warm lodge-like ambiance with soaring shiplap ceilings, exposed beams, and a spacious open floor plan designed for gathering with family and friends.

The main living area offers a seamless flow between the fully stocked kitchen, dining space, and great room, making it the perfect spot for reconnecting and enjoying quality time. The chef's kitchen features a gas stove and everything needed to prepare meals for your group, while still being part of the conversation.

The main level includes two bedrooms: a serene primary suite with a king bed, lake views, and private bath with a tub/shower combo, and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks—ideal for kids to crash after long days on the lake. The bunk room has access to the full hall bath.

Downstairs, a private queen suite offers a peaceful retreat with its own entrance, full bath, K-cup coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave—perfect for guests who want a quiet getaway within the house.

Step outside to the lakeside and you'll be met with some of the most picturesque views on Lake Norman. The large backyard features a fire pit for evening s'mores and storytelling under the stars. A covered dock awaits for swimming, sunbathing, or docking your rental boat, complete with a swimming platform and ladder for easy lake access.

The screened-in back porch might just become your favorite spot in the house. Rock in comfort with your morning coffee, enjoy a lakeside meal at the outdoor dining table, or challenge the family to a competitive game of ping pong. Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Have a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you and keep it at the private dock on the property.

Please note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell at the front entrance of the property.

*** If you have a larger family and are looking for 2 places near each other, please contact us as there is a separate 5 bedroom home that is also a vacation rental right next door***

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
