AMI Tropical Oasis - A private house very close to the beach on a great street

This completely custom remodeled island 3 bedroom 2 bath 2200 sq ft. pet friendly home with a fantastic back yard.

It is just one block (we have a long block) to the beach (short 5 min walk or 2 minute bike/golf cart ride) and centrally located on Anna Maria Island in the city of Holmes Beach on a relaxing super friendly residential street!

While the inside of the home is pristine, gorgeous, and beautifully decorated, the real feature of this home is the outdoor backyard oasis! It is private and lushly landscaped surrounded by beautiful palms, birds of paradise, a large coconut palm and tropical plants. The yard also features a privacy fence and offers a covered tiki hut, fire-pit (for smores!), granite gas grill area, a heated saltwater pool and two outdoor showers. The pool gets tons of sunshine exposure during the day!

The inside of the home has a spacious bright open concept living, dining, and kitchen full of light that is perfect for open family interactions! The dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen island seats 2. There is also a cheerful breakfast nook area that seats 8 - great for evening game night!. The kitchen is tastefully decorated with gorgeous counter-tops, wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances including oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge (actually 2!). The cupboards are fully stocked to every chef's desire; perfect for making a meal at home and the refrigerator also has an ice maker in the freezer. The living room has a large screen TV, comfortable seating and the home is equipped with cable television, Wi-Fi, and hard line phone. (2nd Fridge/Freezer is downstairs for additional food storage needs)

On the ground level floor there is a 1 car garage with additional space for 2 cars in driveway and bonus room with stand up arcade game (PacMan, DigDug, Galaga) and ping-pong table in the game-room area. The game-room, has French doors, open up to the private patio and separate pool area.

The airy home comes with all the cotton linens and towels you will need for your stay including a ton of beach gear... chairs, umbrella, carts, beach towels, toys, etc.! This home is in a perfect location by being centrally located on the island and short walk to the beach!

We've done our best to make sure your home has everything. You will find first class cotton linens & bedding, down pillows, gourmet cooking equipment, beach toys, hairdryers, etc. We also provide paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), trash bags, dish-washing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. Your kitchen also has an existing selection of spices, oils and condiments. There are numerous games at the house (Monopoly, Scattergories, playing cards, UNO, etc.). It's also helpful to know that the public library is less than a mile south of us with books, videos, periodicals and public computers. Finally, the garage has beach toys, buckets, shovels, mats, chairs, umbrellas and coolers.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Parking Notes: You may park one (1) car in the garage and two in the driveway. Guest Entry Instructions: This home utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
