Beautiful modern apartment of 75m2 + terrace of 20m2, composed of a lounge / dining room with air conditioning of 30m2 with TV, overlooking an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine ...) and on the terrace with electric barbecue. On the opposite side, two bedrooms with quality bedding 160cm and 180cm (twin for 180) + a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has free and unlimited WiFi and a private parking space.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement situé à 2 pas de la plage et à 15 mn du centre ville à pieds. Trés bon accueil à l’arrivée et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Nous avons apprécié la belle terrasse ensoleillée le matin, et ombragée à partir de midi. Endroit idéal pour découvrir Calvi et la Balagne. Nous recommandons vivement.

Beste Lage, geräumig, schön!

Für 2 Wochen war das unsere Ferienwohnung, die Lage ist einfach super und die Wohnung selbst auch. Genug Platz für 4 Personen, eine Klimaanlage und die Terrasse sind einfach schön. Es hat alles funktioniert wie es soll (Fenster, Türen, elektrische Geräte). Danke für die integrierte Kaffeemaschine:-)

Le séjour dans le logement était parfait. L'accueil est rapide et efficace, le logement est très propre et bien situé (environ 10 minutes à pied du centre et à proximité immédiate de la plage). Nous avons reçu plein de petites attentions aussi bien pour nous que pour notre fille.Le propriétaire et le gestionnaire sont très réactifs et bienveillants et ont répondu à chacune de nos sollicitations dans les plus brefs délais. Emplacement et Ă©quipements au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage de Calvi. Le logement est très bien équipé, notamment pour cuisiner, et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions laissées pour nous et notre enfant. Le gros plus dans notre cas : tout l’équipement nécessaire pour bébé, y compris une poussette, ce qui nous a été très utile. L’accueil et le départ se sont très bien passés, hôte très disponible et réactif. On recommande sans hésiter !

Accueil sympathique et généreux de Manoelle (bouteille de rosé, confiture, bouteilles d’eau) Bonne semaine de baignades et de visites en train et à pied dans les environs. Appartement comprenant tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Petit bémol: les draps et certaines housses de couette et d’oreiller étaient en polyester.

Super logement

De la Balagne, nous avons aimé bien sûr Calvi que nous avons pu admirer depuis Notre Dame de la Serra et l'île Rousse surprenante avec son marché couvert où les producteurs offrent des produits de qualité A pieds ou en bateau, village fantôme d'Occi, réserve de Scandola, calanques de Piana ...

Familienferien in Calvi

Wir wurden hervorragend betreut und alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung ist modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand und Stadt ist ideal. Die Aussicht dürfte etwas schöner sein.

Excellent appartement très bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces.

Bien situé à Calvi, près de la plage et du port où tout peut se faire à pied. Résidence avec un portail et place de parc privée. L'accueil a été très agréable et propriétaire très sympathique. A recommander sans hésiter.

Très bel appartement à 3 mn à pied de la plage et 10 du centre ville. La propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et à été à notre écoute pendant tout le séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location
