Disaster – Terassentür nicht schließbar – alles dreckig
The house is in very poor condition in terms of cleanliness (see example pictures). The entire house, especially the bathroom and toilet, were not cleaned. Everything had a greasy film.The patio door posed a safety risk. It was badly warped and therefore couldn't be locked (it turns out the landlord had known this beforehand). Given the isolated location, this is unacceptable.We contacted the landlord that same evening. She claimed that the house was clean and that the patio door could be repaired. She refused to cancel the booking and refund the rent. We left that same evening, very disappointed. We received no support from FewoDirekt. We lost a lot of money :-(Das Haus ist in puncto Sauberkeit in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (siehe Beispiel-Bilder). Das ganze Haus, insbesondere Bad und Toilette waren nicht geputzt. Alles hatte einen Schmierfilm. Ein Sicherheitsrisiko stellte die Terrassentür dar. Sie war stark verzogen und man konnte sie deshalb nicht abschließen (es hat sich herausgestellt, dass das die Vermieterin vorher gewusst hatte). Da das Haus einsam liegt, ist dies nicht akzeptabel. Wir haben noch am selben Abend Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufgenommen. Diese behauptet, dass das Haus sauber wäre und dass man die Terrassentür reparieren könne. Sie weigert sich, die Miete zurückzuerstatten. Am selben Abend sind wir wieder sehr enttäuscht abgereist. Eine Unterstützung von FewoDirekt haben wir nicht erhalten. Wir haben viel Geld verloren :-(
