We had a great stay. The condo is close to everything. Mafalda explained the metro system, where we could get groceries and if needed pharmacy. Everything was within walking distance or a short ride on the metro.

So nice we had to stay twice! We stayed on our return through Rome and Mafalda is such a kind host in her beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Convenient to the Metro line A, grocery, and restaurants. And, she was waiting for us at the door at the appointed time on both visits. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Roma

Mafalda, our host was amazing. Met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. We had no issues. Located in an area of restaurants, grocery stores, cafes & Bars. Minutes from Vatican City, museum, Basilica, St. Peter’s square.

This property was clean, convenient, and roomy. Located just a couple of blocks from a Metro Station, walkable distance to Vatican Museum, taxi stand, and local restaurants. With a market right around the corner, you can easily prepare meals at your home away from home. The host is welcoming and helpful. The property is roomy, well appointed and was perfect for us - we were traveling with another couple and the layout was perfect providing appropriate privacy while providing a great atmosphere for our vacation.

Phenomenal Apartment

This is a wonderfully welcoming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Mafaldaet is there at our stated time, gave us a tour of her home and the "lay of the land in the surrounding neighborhood. Excellent step by step instructions from the Metro train to her door. Our only advice (not specific to this property, just in general, is to be very cautious throughout Rome as pickpocket theft is running rampant.

Home away from home

The owner goes all out to make it comfortable and homelike. Snacks, drinks, maps, recommendations. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the Vatican and two blocks away from the Metro and great restaurants. Perfect stay for four friends!

Great unit for family, very sweet host.

The layout of this unit is great for a family. There is a sitting room and a separate kitchen area that made getting over jet lag easier. We all liked the vibe and the generosity of Mafalda. She had coffee, milk and snacks to welcome us.Mafalda provided maps which was great.The graffiti is off putting but the neighbourhood felt very safe. The grocery store was very close, the metro location was so convenient and getting around was easy.Ps..we rode the metro every where and had no problems.

A wonderful place!

This is in a great location with lots of restaurants, a large grocery store nearby and good transportation. The apartment is very comfortable and we highly recommend it. Thank you Malfalda for the maps, and helpful tips about restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment convenient to metro

Great host great apartment and great experience overall. Very convenient to the Metro which will get you all over town. Careful if you rent a car. Parking in the area is tricky

Wonderful time in Rome.

Easy access to the train. Exactly what we expected. 5 out of 5! We spent the New Year and it was a bit loud, but that’s the way the Italians celebrate. Hope to make it back.

Spacious apartment

This property was lovely! 5 minute walk to the metro. The house was clean and the hosts welcoming. This neighborhood is not in the middle of the tourist attractions and that is what we were looking for. However, due to the frequency of trains we could be at any attraction with ease.

Amazing apartment

Mafalda's apartment was perfect for our three nights in Rome. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave everyone their own space. The apartment is very close to the Cipro metro stop, which made moving around the city very easy. Mafalda was at the apartment to explain everything to us at check-in. Would definitely recommend staying with Mafalda.

Real Life Rome

Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable and gracious and friendly hosts. The location is not touristy. It’s more residential. About 20 min walk to St. Peter’s square. Grocery store, Bakery, pizza in walking distance. Must try BONCI’s PIZZA! AMAZING!

Beautiful Spot Near Vatican

Our stay in Rome at Mafalda’s beautiful home was incredible. Mafalda was an excellent host, meeting us at the property and walking us through everything, making us feel right at home. Unlike other places in Italy where I’ve had to figure things out on my own, Mafalda’s thorough orientation was invaluable in getting our vacation off to a smooth start. The location was perfect—close to the Cipro metro, giving us easy access to the vibrant city, yet the apartment itself was quiet, nestled in a charming neighborhood that felt like a local community. We enjoyed excellent nearby restaurants, convenient shopping within walking distance, and were just a minute away from a cozy coffee shop. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Mafalda communicated with me every step of the way and gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival. They had maps ready for us and took the time to show us how to get to the various sites we were visiting. They also left a bottle of champagne and cake as a welcome gift. The apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen, WiFi, Smart TV, black out blinds and walking distance to the metro station and Vatican City. The only downside was some noise by neighbors and being woken up very early by the trash trucks down below. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again.
