Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to one of the nicest units available at the Beach Club on St. Simons - Unit #307. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!
This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the counter. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath with separate walk-in shower and garden tub. The guest room has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and shares access to the balcony with the master bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Your balcony views are facing the North Breakers complex on the left side of the Beach Club.
The Beach Club is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with internet access.
While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.
Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• No pets are allowed in this unit.

**** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
