Maisonnette of 55 m2 air-conditioned, nice and calm.

Completely renovated and fully equipped, it consists of:
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 140 + cupboard) and mezzanine (bench BZ 140 with Bultex mattress)
On the ground floor: large living room with lounge (convertible corner sofa bed 140), dining room and kitchen. Shower room (shower + 1 basin), separate toilet. Linen and cleaning are included in the rent.

Large terrace and fenced private garden of 50 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. Place in front of the housing to park.

Located 8 minutes walk from the beach, 500 m from a shopping area, supermarket Super U and municipal swimming pool 700 m, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment (free show every night in summer on the main square with track dance) and casino, everything is nearby. An ideal situation encouraging vacationers to leave their car at rest.

Bring your bikes or rent them on site, you will have family ballads on the dish along the Canal de la Robine or on Saint Lucia Island.

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Il est très bien équipé et proche des commerces et des plages tout en étant au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Notre arrivée et départ se sont fait en autonomie mais Alexandra était disponible quand nous avons eu besoin de la solliciter. A recommander.

Les photos de l'annonce sont très fidèles à la réalité, cette petite maison est habillée de neuf avec soin, le séjour / salle à manger est spacieux, la cuisine complète, le lotissement très calme (au moins en septembre) et la propriétaire aux petits soins, je recommande chaudement !

Clean, modern property, easy walk to beautiful beach and a perfect base for touring the area.

The property is modern and comfortable and the owners could not have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Highly recommended.

bonjour,nous avons été reçus très cordialement par Alexandra et son mari,des propriétaires charmants qui nous ont fait visiter les lieux au demeurant bien plus grands et beaux qu il n y parait sur les photos d'Abritel.La clim dans le salon et celle de la chambre nous ont rendus le séjour très agréable.le quartier est très calme .la maison est près de tout,centres commerciaux,piscine ,port et plages.Le rêve pour un séjour dans une station balnéaire des plus sympathiques.Encore merci Alexandra
