THE SUNSET BEACH APARTMENT

The Sunset Beach apartment is a superb three room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 85m2 located feet in the water in a new residence (with elevator) of high standing in Trois Ilets.

The beach of Anse Mitan is 20m.

From the terrace, you can enjoy at the table or from the garden with a sea view and the bay of Fort-de-France.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and terrace.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.
There are two bathrooms with shower, one ensuite to the master bedroom with a WC + a second separate WC.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment enjoying the sea view.

THE ROOMS
The Sunset Beach apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160cm double bed and a large wardrobe.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC + a small balcony.

This apartment is intended for 4 people maximum.

NEAR
The beaches, the shops, the restaurants and the marina of the tourist area of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are from 20m. From the pontoon of Anse Mitan, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.

Superbe séjour!

L’appartement se situe à 20 mètres de la plage et possède une place de parking privée. Ce qui permet d’avoir le choix de rester sur place ou de se déplacer sur l’île sans difficulté. Idéalement située, l’anse Mitan permet un accès facile aux commerces de la pointe du bout comme à Fort de France via la navette par la mer. Nous garderons un souvenir magnifique de ce séjour de 12 jours et n’hésiterons pas à faire appel au même hôte pour nos prochaines vacances. Propreté, commodités, climatisation et facilité d’accès, tout était réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables! Je conseille vivement cet appartement.
