Open-plan kitchen with 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Living room with television and sofa bed.

Bedroom with double bed (140cm) and fan.

Shower room with shower and washbasin. Separate WC.

Free public parking nearby.
Easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.

~Environment~
Le Caounil 2 (1968, renovated in 2005) is a seafront residence with direct access to the beach.
Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale.
A large beach of fine sand (5 km long) with Blue Flag status, ideal for children.
For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif.
The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer.
Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.
In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, as well as a night-time craft market.
