Hurricane Ian compromised

There was recovery work being done in and around the unit that led to a less than ideal first impression. As soon as some of those issues were resolved everything was fine. We enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai watch the golfers. Very convenient location. Owner was very attentive to our needs.

Great condo in beautiful neighborhood

Don't hesitate to book this condo. It is bright, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Community amenities are well maintained and worth the extra fee paid for use. Beautiful sunsets at the marina are just a short walk away. Would love to stay again.

The property owner was extremely helpful at all times. The condo was very clean, could use some kitchen and bathroom updating. But it is located very nicely over the 7th green, nice views.
