Sunny and spacious describes this delightfully furnished top floor vacation spot. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, cushy seating and an HDTV. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating.

The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There are two guest bedrooms – one has a queen bed, and the other has a twin bed and a full bed. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a BluRay DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located for guest’s use, and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For unexpected guests, the living room sleeper sofa has a queen size mattress. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
