With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

Our Alerio condo is designed in whimsical style reminiscent of nautical travels with porthole mirrors and colorful works of art. “Nautical Casual” describes the vibe reflected in the décor with hardwood floors, bright colors, and natural finishes. The living area is furnished with comfort in mind, and offers a sleeper sofa, cushy seating and a large HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has all the essential cookware, dinnerware, and stainless appliances to prepare your favorite meals. There is dining table seating for six, and additional barstool seating for six.

The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. The guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed and an HDTV. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed and an HDTV. For unexpected guests, the living room sleeper sofa has a queen size mattress. There is a stackable washer/dryer, and wireless internet service is complimentary.

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
