Large living room dining room with a sofa bed 2 pers. Ideal setting for many walks, and nautical activities .... Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resort of Semnoz, 40 minutes from Geneva by highway (interchange 2 km from the cottage) Chamonix and La Clusaz 1 hour, Lyon 1:30, Aix L Bains 25 minutes. Giant shopping arcade (10 minutes).
